I'm thinking that Pens/Caps HBO show is going to be a lot more enjoyable now that their "Road to the Winter Classic" features two beatdowns by the Blueshirts!
Also NHL.com interviewed some HBO guy the other day and he said they taped Boudreau's meltdown when he called time out during the game Sunday, I think when it was 4-0. Can't wait!

We played them mostly even the first 16 minutes of the game. The last 4 minutes of the period, it looked like a Pitt PP. Total domination. 8 shots, pretty goal with 12 seconds to go.

Second period was relatively even. Excellent defense by both teams, not much happening either way.

Third period, we started to take over. Finally generated some chances. Scored 4 goals in 6 minutes.

But... but... I thought Drury's return would mean that the Rangers would lose their character and resiliency!

Another game where the Rangers come back late and get the W. This is the best road team I've seen since the 2007 NY Giants.

Not like they did in the last 7 minutes...

1st period was pretty even until the last few minutes. rangers played a very conserative game trying to contain the Pens. It worked up until a miscommunication by staal-Girardi which lead to the goal.

2nd period was dull. No great chances by either team, but by the end you could sense that the Pens were getting tired after playing last night.

Rangers started to find their offense in the 3rd right about the same time that the Pens lost their legs. the waved-off goal was a god-send. IMO a 50/50 call, glad one finally went our way after all teh crap with Feds earlier in the year

Great 3rd period...was taking a test during the first two but doesnt seem like a missed much.

Overall great win. But still a loss.

Cally being out is going to hurt this team....lets just hope drury can pick up some of his slack.

Well to be fair we did have 2-3 whinge-fests on there this season already. For the life of me I cant understand why someone would go there and start a thread like that. You wanna ***** about refs, do it on our boards. You start a thread like that over there and you'll get all the Cryers, Pens and Debbies idiots ganging up on us.

Why are people saying the Dupuis call was a bad one? I didn't see Rozsival shove him in the crease.... Lundqvist didn't have a fair chance at the puck because Dupuis was right on top of him in the crease....
