Campbell's Emails Not Enough. Habs win 4-3

I jest, a bit. It's typical in the NHL for teams behind to get more than their fair share of calls.

Good game from the Habs. Controlled the play for most of the game (except for the 3rd when the whistles went half away), kept possession well and generated chances, Price played well (nothing you can do on deflections but be in good position). When the Bruins had the goalie pulled they were really good at pressuring the puck carrier.

2 points against a division rival. Can't complain too much.

Edit: I hope I didn't step on anyone's toes making the thread.

The Official 3 Stars (God, I hope I got the order correct):

3)Gionta
2)Cammalleri
1)Pacioretty

That should be 2 pts for the win against the Bruins
Another 2 pts for the win against the NHL

Great game. Really entertaining. Two of those goals Price had no chance on.

Thomas kept the Bruins in it after 2 periods.

Great game!

Thomas deserved a star tonight. He kept the Bruins in the game in the first 2 periods.

I'm pretty sure that the Molsons forgot to pay their last revenue sharing payment.

Yes. I think he's the first star of the game despite 4 goals let in, tbh. He was HUGE for them.

But that's what you get by letting fans choose (see PK getting a star yesterday).

Bitter sweet 3rd period, but I'll take the win.
We need another defenseman. ASAP. We just can't keep with this D-corps.

Boy Habs needed this one. So glad the streak is over.

The boys played very well. Thomas kept the Bruins in the game. We could've won this going away by the mid-point of the 2nd period.

PacMan is looking real good right now. We now have a top 6. It's a beauty to see.

Now go out and become road warriors boys!!!

Funny you said that. I'm fantasizing about a Habs player, after winning the Stanley Cup, say: "We stuck together and played as a team. We've not only beat a great team but also the NHL and the refs."

If you haven't checked it out, go read the Bruins GDT. In it the Habs are:
-Taking liberties on Chara that Boston would get called for if they did it too (despite the fact they they roughed up Darche)
-Not getting any calls
-Montreal sux
-Riot apparently?

23:17 of icetime for Plekanec, no points, but a very solid defensive job.
