Paul Stastny is back , but Cody McLeod is now injured. No Hejduk, too . Anderson in the net is confirmed.
Quote:
Avalanche coach Joe Sacco confirmed Stastny would be in the lineup, and also said Milan Hejduk would miss his fifth consecutive game and that winger Cody McLeod also wouldn't play. Both have groin muscle injuries.
http://www.denverpost.com/sports/ci_16898413

These lines are almost 100% sure:

Brandon Yip - Paul Stastny - Kevin Porter
Tomáš Fleischmann - Matt Duchene - David Jones
T.J. Galiardi - Ryan O'Reilly - Greg Mauldin
Daniel Winnik - Philippe Dupuis - David Koči

And defensive pairings:

Ryan O'Byrne - John-Michael Liles
Kevin Shattenkirk - Ryan Wilson
Adam Foote - Matt Hunwick

Jonas Holřs is healthy scratch, and I guess Milan Hejduk, too (he was last several games).

Don't get to see the avs so often..saw a little of them the other day in overtime but not much of O'B. Looking forward to seeing how he looks..

But still Go Habs Go! Need to make up some ground after a few losses.

Nothing like beating the bruins to start a streak

I like how he took the time to take the stick out of the picture and then he just puts a big Avalanche logo on his habs jersey

You'd think so, but they're on a 5-game winning streak. And some proper teams too: Chicago x2, Atlanta AND Washington back-to-back. (Yea Caps are struggling, but they're not too bad now). Credit goes to coaches and their players stepping up and sticking to their plan.

Here's to a fast, exciting game

Yes, only Islanders have more injuries this season . The last season was the same.

And somehow we are surviving, and scoring like crazy. Thank God, our C (Stastny (except Ottawa game), Duchene, O'Reilly, Dupuis) are healthy, and they are force who is pushing us forward .

Anderson is not himself this season, and D are just terrible .

I'll write you some additional info as we just play one game per season .

Yep, our D has been absolutely terrible this season. Almost all credit goes to the offense.

I'm patiently waiting for Andy to return to his regular form, too.

Good luck!

Its gonna be a tough game. Avs are the highest scoring team, if I'm not mistaken and they have that youthful exuberance that can push the tempo very high.

Fleischmann has been on fire with Duchesne, so that's the line to look out for the most.

Habs discipline will also be tested. We're at high altitude here, so the shift length becomes a bigger factor than usual.

Avalanche are an exciting team to watch. We can't underestimate these guys. It's going to be a fun, close game. Go Habs Go!
