Smithson why cant you finish that.....that is a prime example why Wilson should not be on that line. Im am very pissed bout that decision
Could not agree more! It is frustrating to watch him jump into open areas and not get the puck back, and that pass, Sullivan would have put it in! Still trying to figure out what Trotz was thinking with this one. Who knows, maybe they will surprise us

Smithson and Ward cant seem to keep a puck on there stick for more than 5 seconds or make a decent pass. And we all know they cant shoot, hes wasting Wilsons talent. Congrats Trotz
It would be different if he was in a slump but Wilson has picked up his game, and Chicago is a team you want to get as many scoring chances as you can.

Maybe another reason the Preds have trouble with offense. Had a good thing going....better change it up.
The last powerplay, Hornqvist just jams to the net with the puck. Never looked up, Sullivan and Wilson were both open for a pass and clear shot. Wrap arounds work about .5 percent of the time.

Yeah, I thought he was going to bump it out a few feet to Wilson right in front. But the first pass could have gone to Wilson for the one timer instead of to Hornqvist.
16-33-71 skated together for a shift. I figured Trotz would try something more sensible once things were desperate.
