Habs @ Canes 12/23

With the confirmation of Weber in and Kostitsyn (lets say 90% chances for now) in, the Habs are looking for a win in Raleigh. Also, Carey Price will start once again and Cam Ward will start for the Hurricanes.

This is definetly a crutial date for a Habs game.

my gut tells me that the habs are going to have an inspired effort. Whether its enough to win, I dont know.

It just seems like everything being thrown at the habs net is hitting something and going in the net recently. I'm not saying the habs are playing great but their effort in dallas was better than the score indicated. If the hockey gods are reading this, maybe its time to send some of those bounces our way for a bit

go habs go!

I'm having a good feeling about this game. Hopefully the Habs play a good game and pull off the win. Go Habs Go!

Ok so we broke the December 23rd curse last year in Carolina. Please make it two in a row.

Love it!

Don't know how they'll play tonight, I think their confidence is low, that being said, I also think one lucky bounce their way will change this whole "slump".

I know Subban's still been struggling, but Picard MUST sit out.

I don't care if the Habs win 5-4 or 2-1 or 9-2. They just need to win, even if it's an ugly one.

Unfortunately I'll be at the Devils-Islanders game for this one so I'll have to watch the RDS updates on my phone. I wouldn't normally do this, but my dad got tickets through work for him, me, and my girlfriend to sit in the center ice lower bowl section with the all you can eat and drink buffet...and how could I pass up that? I'll still be wearing my Canadiens jersey.

Good to hear that it seems Picard will be out. Hopefully this team finally plays some inspired, sound hockey again without him but I won't get my hopes too far up for anything outside just a normal win. I'd love big games from Subban and/or Kostitsyn...but again, won't get my hopes up.

I got a bonus at work today...a Habs win tonight and I'd be a giddy schoolboy going into Christmas!
