@Anksun

With Bell you get 30 Gig a month, I've blown it twice in a year. But if your an Anglo, the best long distance deal to Ontario in town.

The trick seems to be to go for the whole package, tri-Phone-Internet & Dish. make sure to get the Q-Ontario plan on your phone.

Not true.

Bell's channel packages suck. Their net is terrible. Their Net specialists certainly are special. Their phone bills are always overcharge.

Bell honestly cannot do anything right.

I had my cell phone and net with them (had sat, phone and dish) didn't save anything and always overcharged.

They know jack ****. I had to call Bell so many times about their troubleshooting internet protocols that I was able to do it myself. They'd tell you 3 lame things then some tool over to look at the lines. Yes, my internet just randomly cut out at 4:38 an it had nothing to do with you.

One time I called them and spent about 6 hours on the phone trouble shooting and whatnot. I told them repeatedly that it was something on their end. Didn't believe, hell, they didn't even consider it. I waited 2 hours, called back got someone else who wasn't a complete **** up and they saw that the problem, was in FACT on their end.

So useless.

For me, I work in the City everyday in French, when I'm in my living room I like it to be in English, with CBC & reg TSN we now have 70plus games in English, there I said it!

Nuff Said, someone had to say it....

Montreal - Long island this eve on TSN-Habs, it's really nice to be in the East, I think that goes from Halifax all the way to Kingston.

Go Habs Go!

I agree.. Bell's channel packages suck big time.. Right now I am forced to pay for a bunch of channels that I will never watch simply because they include the 1 or 2 channels I want in a theme pack with a bunch of useless channels no one wants.. Hopefully when August rolls around the rest of Canada will finally get the "A La Carte" option like customers in Quebec as been enjoying for a while now..

One other thing I really hate is the annual January price hike from Bell every year.. My bill will be going up again by $4 + tax in January.. I believe my bill increased by $3 + tax last year and $4 + tax the year before that too by that bunch of thieves known as Bell... I can't remember beyond that but most likely the price increased as well..

I have the bell triple plan and have no issues. A few months ago though we started losing signals on many channels for no reason but they came and fixed it no charge.

I agree though that there's a bunch of useless channels.

You have to talk to them, I guess I got in at the right time, CNN is important to Airline people, they added that with like 17 station for 5 bucks.

I think Montreal games are no longer considered "out of market" so those of us who shelled out for Center Ice are getting shafted.

Anyone else in Halifax or Atlantic Canada getting these Canadiens blackouts on Center Ice?
TSN-Habs is available on Bell Aliant Digital now if you haven't checked lately... (Channel 98 for me)

I mean, i'm not watching the TV all that much, but it pissed me off to a point i didnt care about the extra $$ with videotron.

But well, they called me back 2 months ago offering me to go on Fibe (high speed internet) with evething i have with Videotron at a lower cost (and i actually have crappy "internet intermediaire" right now. And the RSV Receptor free of charge for 3 years...

I dunno, it's kind of interesting. Especially considering i usually break my limit on my internet.

So fibe? what do you think?

I find this interesting as I called a month ago and they told me Fibe wasn't available in 'my area'. My area=montreal. I was very pissed off. Let me know if its now available.

I think you're confused. I just contacted bell again, 2nd time this month and they said Fibe isn't available to me and that they don't have info on when it will be. I hate them.

FYI, in Lachine it is illegal on the front of the building. It has to be put on the roof or the back. The only thing about the back is that it has to point south west. Unfortunately, when I lived in Lachine, only the front gave on to the south west so couldn`t get it (I managed )

Where in Montreal do you live? If you go to their website, bell.ca/fibetv, you should be able to get an estimate. If your like me and it says its not available, dont expect it anytime soon.

I was referring to Fibe internet not TV but I tried it out anyway to see if it's available and nope.
