Habs snowed under by Isles

Gorges = hurt
Spacek = playing like a drunken dingo
Picard = playing like the AHL'er he is
Hammer = doing ok, but getting worn out
Weber = was decent, needs more TOI and a better partner
Gill = Is what he is... solid if the play is in our zone, horribly slow when facing a rush.

So we have a #2/#3 type being overworked, two #5/6 types playing #2 and #3 minutes, a rookie playing decent, a veteran playing awful because of injury and a journeyman costing us games.

Bring back Subban. Sit Gorges until he's healthy. Sit Picard until he's dead of old age. Play another young kid/or trade for a #1/#2 vet type already. I think Kaberle makes more sense for us then Regehr. What would be really awesome of course would be getting both.

So JM is going to Ruin Pk Subban in addition to giving us boring games and plummeting down the standings. Happy holidays indeed.

I hope Gauthier have something cooking, this team need a new d-men now. A guys who his first in our depth chart.

and I still believe we need a another forward who can play on the second line or on the 3rd if Pacs can keep it up.

and Price will bounce back.

The team should go out and shovel the snow around the stadium they didn't do anything else so make them earn their pay checks.

You know what, the sad thing is Picard probably won't be scratched.

It will be weber out and PK back in.

Tony calling out Picard. RDS almost cut to a "Technical Difficulties" blue screen.

The thing is this is not panicking. It has not just been one game. The habs have been playing like **** since the Oiler game. About the time when Price came back down to earth and Pk got benched. They are damn lucky that Erik Cole took that 5 minute penalty last game or they would be 0-4 on this trip. Its scary and it feels helpless. They are in a downward spiral, thank god the east sucks this year, they still might make the playoffs.

I'm waiting for Earlthehalakfan to mention that he has a shutout tonight and to bring up Price's mediocre play of late.

RDS would never say Picard played bad. It's only between Weber and Subban.

This started in the off season. No attempt to improve team and last year's team scraped just to make the playoffs and were carried by Halak.

I'm not surprised.
