4 very nice lines. Players with stone hands dont get 250 goals in 870 games in the NHL.

I like the way they are assembled. Frolov's play around the net should fit nicely with Drury's garbage goal style, and Anisimov's wrist shot.

Dubinsky-Stepan-Gaborik combines our playmaking rookie and our "other" star player with Gaborik.

Feds-Boyle-Prust has been our consistantly best line of late. Preferrably a 4th line long term, but very solid.

Avery-EC-Zucc has a lot of talent. Wild card line with an upside of lots of production. Avery is due for a goal here tonight.

I don't get the complaints about Frolov-Ansimov-Drury. They were very good against the Lightning.

Also, the Rangers have this to say for fans unable to attend tonight’s game, ““We have a passionate fan base that deals with our customer service representatives regularly and we will continue to communicate with them directly, as we normally do.” That’s the organization’s stock answer. Probably means, call us and we’ll deal with each case on an individual basis.

I like Zuccarello playing with Avery Christensen. As long as Torts stays committed to rolling 4 lines. Christensen and Zuccarello are both very skilled and Avery is great along the boards and can crash the net it has potential of working.

I disagree about sitting Del Zotto though. I think Torts should just put DZ on the bottom pair with Sauer and play Eminger on the 2nd pair. I'm not really a fan of having 5 right handed defensemen in the lineup.

MDZ sitting isn't a terrible idea but replacing him with Gilroy seems kind of silly. Thats an obvious downgrade. Oh well.

That fourth line is going to make some noise tonight. I wouldn't want to be behind the bench for the Isles - those D pairs are going to be overwhelmed.

Yeah I know, but I've been rooting for this team long enough to know how these things typically go.

I hear ya. They're pressing their luck. They won both of the home@home games. The Islanders resiliency will catch up with them eventually.

Gotta like Stepan getting first line minutes and first line power play minutes. He could be in contention for the Calder if he gets these minutes especially on a line with Gaborik.

I guess he is not "tired" and worn out when it was mentioned so much earlier in the season.

Team just needs a little more Torts Jam to win games like these.

Forty-six games remain. I think he'll be fine, but it's a ways to go yet.

This year's team is different though, no? We've been beating the teams below us in standings throughout the season for the most part.

We should be able to take this one, as long as the guys skate hard from the get-go, considering the Isles played last night.

Make it happen boys.

Roloson is by far the best player on the Isles right now. I fear we'll have a lot of chances but not be able to finish on Rolo.

I have a good feeling we'll win though. Gotta be hungry after that loss to TB.
