What's frustrating is that Niemi isn't doing anything spectacular, he's just getting lucky bounces.

keep this up and they will stroll to victory. Niemi will get tired, first game after the Christmas holiday, he wont be able to save 16 shots a period

Doesn't feel like a game we're going to win. That was probably the best period we've played since the 3rd against Detroit, and we couldn't score.
Sharks will come out angry and ready to go.

Avs have 44 shots and 2 goals. They had 23 in the second.

... Welp, let's all turn off the game then, forgot that the Sharks can just dominate the Kings whenever they feel like it

Thank god we're not the Avs. This team has been averaging 4 goals in 6 or 7 games. Don't hit the panic button yet guys.

Come on, he just has an uneasy feeling about the game. Sharks have to feel lucky to be tied.
I've seen many games completely change after the first period. Kings have to keep it going. They have to play even better in the second, if they back off they will be in trouble.

... The Kings are on a roll. They dominated the first 20 minutes of this game. Would it kill people to be positive for once in their lives about their hockey team? Christ.

I've seen you admit that there are ebbs and flows to an NHL season, and a game is no different. A team is not going to dominate a game for 60 minutes. As the last few minutes of the first and the first couple of the second show, the Sharks will get their chances.
