LGR!

Kind of scared this is a classic trap game against a rival not playing well...kind of like the game we lost against the Fishies in October. Can't allow the Devils into this one.

And that's the shameful part. That the worst from either side brings out the worst in each other.

Last time I was by that line a handful of guys walked past. Zuccarello, Stepan and Del Zotto all together I believe it was, plus some others.

I've yet to make it out to the rock yet, but every time I went to continental airlines arena most games went without incident.

The only time I saw anything all that bad was a woman standing up during Ryan Hollweg's first shift, screaming "Hollweg, you are a ****ing ******* I hope you die!" ......not sure if she was a Devils fan or a Rangers fan though

Still looking for tickets to this one but I doubt I'll find one because much like the Isles, this is the debbies superbowl and tickets are an absurd amount of money.
Trust me...in no way am I saying Devil fans are innocent little angels. Last game, there was a drunk idiot behind me from the 2nd period on, that just kept saying over and over again in a whiny, nanny nanny pooh pooh voice: "Let's go Isles" "Rangers suck". Same two phrases over and over again, looking right at me, to the point where I wanted to punch him in his stupid annoying mug.

Another time, 3 years ago, during intermission, me and my buddy were walking through the concourse, and some guy we were walking past, goes out of his way to bump into me like we were in high school. And I did nothing to prevoke either siuation. So believe me, Devil fans start crap too. My point was what my wife said...totally different group of Ranger fans that come to Newark, as opposed to the usual crowd at the Garden. Most are college aged punks, that go to 1 or 2 games a year, can't handle their liquor, and go there looking for trouble. And it gives good fans a bad name. That was my point.

Gonna be fun to watch Avery get under Kovy's skin.

Rangers take this one 4-1.

Rangers defenseman Matt Gilroy has been on a tear since rejoining the lineup and is coming off a career-high two-goal performance in Monday's 7-2 win over the Islanders.
From the Rangers insider email...

Anyone know what the road conditions are in and around Prudential Center? I'm debating either driving or taking the train.

I come from Eastern Long Island

It is called making the best of a bad situation.

Devils fans put them up for sale knowing Rangers fans will buy them. This is no joke. Friend of mine put his 2 extra tickets up for sale for $100/piece upstairs and they sold.

We don't have much to look forward to these days..we ain't making the playoffs, so all we can do is be spoilers.
