We looked like the Sharks from the other night, bad turnovers everywhere. On to Philly.

We need the GDT for the Philly game quickly so that we can all move on from this disaster.

They opened one up near me too and I haven't been able to bring myself to go inside and try it.

99% of the coaches in the NHL pull the goalie after 4 goals go in in the first period, regardless of whether the goals were the goalie's fault. Why not Murray?

If it was the playoffs, the Kings would have put up a much better effort last night. It was the fact that it was against a "lower" team the Kings didn't show up. They will be up for tonight's game since it is against a stronger opponent.

I would definitely give Bernier the rest of the games against Phoenix this year. Quick couldn't beat Nashville either and Bernier is perfect against them. Sometimes, teams just give fits to certain goalies.

Because he is in that 1%?

Not surprised to see Doughty/Johnson get blamed as they're the designated whipping boys on the BB this season, but for my money, Handzus and Lewis were worse. I thought Murray did a good job rolling over his lines to keep everyone fresh, but some of the forwards just let him down today.

Quick was just as bad as the rest of his team. Six goals on 18 shots is poor, no matter how you slice it. Two goals were off the angle, just soft.

The big matchup at home against Philly is tomorrow. Perhaps some of the Kings were looking ahead to that one, instead of taking care of their business tonight? It happens.
Not surprised either since people are calling a spade a spade and those two played like crap, but you are right Handzus and Lewis were poor as well.

Quick was not to blame. I don't get where you think the goals against were his fault. He had no support last night. Six goals in 18 shots was just awful team defense.

I think it was due to the schedule. It was only one period and he was hoping Quick could bounce back and he wouldn't have to put in Bernier because he was playing the next day.

I went once, and they were training a buttload of new employees. There must have been 50 people in that kitchen.

It's not the same, I went to the one in Mesa, AZ.
No drive through and my wife and 14 month old ate for 23.00.
It's way more expensive then In N' Out, comparing apples to oranges.

Regarding the game, they looked pretty bad BUT the Coyotes looked faster and like the better team. Interesting that both the Coyotes PP goals were scored the same way. I think Tippet & CO exploited that.

... What's the point of taking the time to quote stuff from my post that you didn't even bother to read?

Did I say all of the goals were his fault? He gave up two soft ones from the angle, to Upshall and Turris, so it's fair to say he was as bad as the rest of the team. And I hope you're not going to actually say that 6 goals allowed on 18 shots is "solid goaltending" somehow. I'm sure reactions would be different if it was Bernier giving up the goals.

Oh well, we pooped the bed. We'd won 4 in a row. If we bounce back tonight with a win against a good Flyer team, all is forgiven IMO.

Hey Mr. Kompon............

i hope you took a good look how to play powerplay.
I'm asking since 400 years to put one of our players into the diamond to take the pressure off the pointshooter............ but who needs PP......

And please Mr. Murray take a close look onto the offense system and learn how to open lanes for cross ice passes............

Well... and could both of you leave the team ???? Thank you
