Good, doesn't need an injury in this crap game. Also Fleury has been terrible this year and shouldn't even be nominated in the top 3 but anyways NHL won't make a big deal since it's not the Habs fans who are doing this. NHL probably has someone doing the work making sure the Habs players don't get in

You are right Fleury has been great lately but frankly I knew from day one the new Pens defense once it would gain some chemistry would be one of the best in the league defensively. Yeah he's playing great, I can't imagine what Price's stats would be if he were on Pittsburgh.

Good.

Let him use the weekend to rest up. In fact I'm going to go vote for Fleury right now.

No, won't vote Carey. I wish I would, but last time he went to allstars, team went downhill, including Carey. I admire his skills, but I ain't going to help jinx him. I'd rather our boys had some rest.

Fleury will be synonym of Tom Barasso when his career is over.

Do you remember Barasso and say "He was a great goalie when they won the cup!!"
No,you will say "Great cup run for Lemieux and Jagr."

Sorry but, Fleury is good and that's about it...if Crosby and Malkin are not on that team, Fleury is just another average goalie.

Price is a great goalie, better then Fleury in my eyes. If Price was with the Pens, the headlines would say "Price, Crosby and the Pens are in town". Now its just "Crosby and Co."

Assuming Fleury wins the fan ballot, Price won't be at the game.
Remember, the ASG is in Carolina so it'll be :

Fleury
Thomas
Ward

I guess I'm one of the few who would like Carey to go. It's always nice for a player to be recognized by the league and fans as an All-Star player.

I'm indifferent to whether Price is selected to the ASG. However, I'd pick him over Fleury 8 days a week (including a Saturday doubleheader).

When Tim Thomas is nowhere near the front in voting, the fan favourite is arguably one of the the weakest puck stoppers in the east, and Carey Price is not even on the ballot, you know the voting system is , uh, flawed.

It's now more about mobilizing armies of voters online to move the polls and little to do with the ASG or who are deserving representatives. Another area where the NHL fixed something that wasn't broken.
