Tyler Motte with Detroit Honeybaked is another to keep your eye on. Looked great against the Toronto Marlies at the Silverstick.

Great list... Nice to see that some people don't just automatically place Forsberg at number 1.

I think that you have Seth Jones slightly too high though, but you have obviously watched him a lot more than I have so I can't really judge.

Keep up the good work!

he is starting to put it all together now, his strength is beyond, his skating is very quick and agile and makes fast cuts, he is poised and calm, excellent passing and vision, takes good shots from the point and dominates in all 3 zones, he is a shut down guy and QB...I am so impressed with him now he is just sick.

You Bet ya.

Im looking at the Titans Tournament program, as well as the Marlboros marketing material, and on both he is listed as 12/5/1995.

Check your Rinknet Scouting Software, you will find that that they have him listed as a Dec 5th birth as well.

my team does not use rinknet we use scoutingsports program, the league wants everyone to use rink net soon though so im sure we will be making the change.

I have Bowey in my early 3rd round...when I saw him play he remind me of Shawn Bell where he had all the skills but not the IQ, could have been the games I saw of him but I can only go by what I saw.

Michal Beranek at 50 was very highly regarded one to two years ago but hasnt seemed to have done anything since than. He was very big and playing in the dorost league at a very young age, I havent seen him play now but just based on looking at his numbers it would seem that he hasnt progressed at all. By now he should have been knocking on the door of the junior team but he doesnt seem to even stand out on his own midget team. Anyways it would be nice to hear a update from someone who actually saw him recently.

The thing about this is that PK Subban was picked in 6th round of the OHL draft and busted his a$$ to make the Bulls as a 16 yr old, where Jordan is expected to a be 16 yr old player in the OHL next year. So, if Jordan improves anything like PK did in his OHL draft summer then, Jordan will be a first round pick. But, I doubt Jordan does that because what PK did was incredible. I think Jordan will be a 2nd/3rd round pick, as I expect some improvement from him, not PK esc

What about Marko Daňo for Slovakia? A late 1994, 15G+13A for 28 points in 20 games for Dukla Trenčín U20. He isn´t playing in the U17 WHC, but only because he played at an U18 5 Nations tournament last week.

probably not NHL prospect. good player but midget size and physically develop already, won´t grow up much. Rocco Grimaldi type of player but not as good.

Good D but only time will tell if he is NHL prospect.
It´s nonsense that he should knock on the door of junior team, as 95 born, he is still underager and youngest player on Liberec midget team.

Nice to see Andreas Johnson get some recognition. I could also see William Silwerfeldt, André Burakovsky, Elias Lindholm, Jacob De La Rose and Daniel Norbe on this list. But this is very early and they might of course end up not being drafted at all.
Agree, at this point lot's of names that can be tossed around.

My early SWE top 10.

1. VCR
2. Sorensen
3. Liljendahl
4. Wallmark
5. Johnson
6. Silferweldt
7. Cederholm
8. Lindholm
9. De la Rose
10. Stenqvist/Bristedt

Yeah, i guess you´re right, but still he has big potential, maybe he´s another Petr Holik. And what do you think about D-man Jan Stencel?

Hi scoutman1, I'm new on the site and I have read alot of your post and all since a while. I want to know what's the biggests differences between Nathan MacKinnon and his teammate Taylor Cammaratta except for the size, why is Nathan's better than Taylor to you, I haven't seen them play but I've heard alot from them. I also want to know your opinion on Jordan Subban if you have seen him play..

So, Alex Forsberg played his first WHL game last night? Did anybody see it?

the Big difference between Nathan and Taylor is strength on the puck and in overall body strength, he is smarter not to say Taylor does not have excellent hockey sense but Nathan has that sixth sense that only rare players have, his two way game is better as well.

Jordan I do not see much of a difference between him and his brother at the same age...

I see Zboril more like Tomas Pacanda(small 92 born winger from Plzen).
Stencel hasn´t impressed me much so far, I like his teammate Alex Pisarik more.
