Anyone know if his contract still goes against our 50 contract limit? I believe we're currently at 48[i.e. we have relatively limited flexibility].

Can we lend Olesz to a foster home? There are always desperate people looking to be parents in the world, and he could possibly fool them into thinking he's actually a productive NHL player, which would increase the interest in him.

Miami Herald, GR:
"Florida is still on the hook for the remainder of Reinprecht's salary – he's signed through the 2011-12 season – although the Panthers are thought to be getting some money back from the German team to offset what's owed to Reinprecht through this season."

So after this season he will be bought out?

JOL

Bit of a surprise, there's much worse out there still hanging onto the coat tails of the NHL. But wish him luck.

Big catch for the Mannheim Eagles though

Top-players in the DEL are rarely paid more than US-$ 250,000. I guess that's roughly what Mannheim is paying in salary for him.
