That 10 goal game was with ahler valiquette in net. And he was not pulled.

Now that's getting hung out to dry

He let in 6 goals on 9 shots in the third period. I bet after it was 7-2 he just stopped trying to make the save

Nah, their top 6 is stacked. He'll be the starting goaltender and play the point on the PP.

Did we learn something from the last shutout jinx?

f2d: "Lol, he can't possibly..."

Stars PP is red hot. If we can stay out of the box, I like our chances.

awesome to see Zucc playing on the first line again. crazy chemistry with those guys. Gabby plays well no matter where hes at. our first 2 lines are ballin. cant wait for Cally to return. cool to see Frolov getting more ice time so he can stop *****ing. that second line actually looked good last game. Dallas first 2 lines arent bad lookin either tho.. mehhh

Richards plays hard and tries out for us? lol

Not in practice. They collided before the 3rd period of the Chicago game. Dallas has played mostly 7 D this season so they'll have 5 of them in the line-up. Robidas. Woywitka. Grossman. Daley. Fistric.

Joe Nieuwendyk is not in Dallas so lets not start with Sather met with Nieuwendyk nonsense. He is in Toronto for scout meetings. The agent for Richards is based in Toronto too. Read where Nieuwendyk spent the last week in Buffalo at the WJC.

Quote:
Joe Nieuwendyk is up in Toronto with the Stars' scouts for a couple of days of meetings that were planned in advance. My guess is that when Langenbrunner was made a healthy scratch for tonight's New Jersey game, and it was made clear that he would be traded, the Stars were one of the teams that expressed their interest.

Dallas is my favorite/second favorite team in the West; really fun squad to watch. Hopefully our boys come out ready to skate and hit because the Stars do that in spades.

What does it mean for McDonagh if Rozsvial plays? Ryan sits or go with 7 d-men and Weise sits?

Might as well go with seven d.

Not like Torts is going to play Weise more than three shifts anyway.

Next 10 Days:

@ DAL
@ STL
MTL
VAN
@ MTL
PHI

Yikes. All playoff teams. While Montreal doesnt scare me too much, its always a sh*tshow in their building. Philly and Vancouver are two of the best teams in the league. St. Louis has been playing well and had a sick comeback last night even though they came up short in the shootout. Dallas we've all talked about.

A bit of a tumultuous road here. The Rangers have to keep the pedal to the medal here and guard against any extended losing streaks.

I'll sign up for 6-7 points anyway you can get them right now. 3-3? Sign me up.

The Rangers did what they had to do with the easy schedule last month. Now comes the real test/real measuring stick for determining whether or not this loveable group of plumbers can actually make some noise in the playoffs. Should be fun to watch.

P.S. How many goals does Langenbrunner pot tonight? I'm call for a hat trick, including the GW in OT.

The schedule is brutal the next two months. Gonna be a typical Ranger nail biter down the stretch. Even when the conference is making it easy to win they can't make it easy on the fans, not our style

Has there been any indication of Biron getting either of these b2b games? He played well against Florida after not playing in a while.

Langenbrunner won't play tonight, he's flying into Dallas late tonight.
