Anyone know a cosom league with a site and stats in Montreal that plays Thursdays or Wednesdays?

Besides NSA apparantly their wednesday league sucks D:!!

could be 4 on 4 or 5 on 5 or 3 on 3 any... I know of 3x3mtl but do anyone know some league other than that?

Also on those who talked about the hockeyballe.com league, what's the co$t of a season? How many games? How many players per team? And what kind of equipment is necessary?

Thanks for the answers.

I need to find a place to sharpen my skate, a good place. I live in Rosemont and there a Rousseau Sport on corner of Rosemont/Papineau but don't know if they're good, I had a bad experience with the one in Brossard.

Thank in advance.

I think I had my skates sharpened 3 times at this Rousseau Sport. First time was simply awful but had no problem with the other 2. I don't really know any other place nearby and it can get quite busy on weekends.

Lachine Arena, but only if it's the guy that has the slicked back dark brown hair. He sharpens your skates so well, you'd think God just sent an angel down to earth to make love to them.

My team needs one ball hockey player for our Sunday league. We play at 9-10pm. Preferably a defenseman, but if you can put the ball in the net, that'd be cool.

It'd be $90 for the season (10-11 games left).

Let me know if you want to play!

what :

-teams
-no stats, maybe refs if we can find refs (are you a ref? you want to ref? 20$ per game)
-some friends, some friends of friends, some co-worker of friends and you?
-3 x 20 minutes periods

when:
every THURSDAY 8:30 PM

where:
VILLE-EMARD (some elementary school, details on demand)

how much:
most likely something like 50$ for the season

how many games:
most likely from 10-12

who :
C caliber, we're mostly all french speaking, so if you don't like french speaker, stay away otherwise, we welcome everyone.

we played pickup in one gym last spring and we now have TWO (side by side) gyms / 4 teams
so that's a mini league
we're missing a couple of RELIABLE players who'd like to play.

Anybody know of decent sized gyms (schools, community center) that allow ball hockey and do not impose plastic blades?

Preferably in the NDG , CDN / Snowdon / VSL / Westmount / Outremont / Downtown (ie: not too far east like St. Leonard since most of the players live in these regions)

We had a gym but they banned hockey

Once I find a gym I may be looking for some players so PM if you want to reserve a spot....

Outdoor Ball Hockey HELP!

Hey guys I am playing some outdoor ball hockey in Brantford Ontario, it's a Ball Hockey International surface if that means anything to anyone. The problem is, even if it doesn't rain that day, we play so late that the surface builds condensation and it's really dangerous to run at top speed because it's so damn slippery out there. It's a plastic-y sort of surface...I'm not sure how to describe it

Does anybody know of anything I can do to the bottoms of my shoes to make them have more traction in the rain? I wish I could describe the BHI's rink's surface better, that might help

It's bugging me alot because I'm the fastest guy on my team and my hands aren't too great so I rely solely on my speed to help the team. If I am too scared to run fast because I'll hurt myself, I'm useless out there. Please help guys, if you can. Any suggestions will be considered

PS - basketball shoes

I play ball hockey a lot and I would never use basketball shoe.

I use these special nikes that have a sticky grip.

I think they're designed for indoor training.

Positive they will work... go try some on.

Looking for cosom hockey player

Hey guys!

My cosom hockey team is looking for ONE more hockey player. This would be on Thursday night and the cost is 90$ for 12 games. It starts on January 20th.

The games are played in Montréal : Gym Dickson (Dickson/Hochelaga) and Gym Papineau (Sauvé/Papineau). This is 3 vs 3...the league name is 3x3MTL.

We are looking for someone who can play A or B caliber. Versatile player who can play as a d-man or a forward with good skills.

If you are interested, just PM me!

I will have to wait before knowing my February schedule before. If you still need players by then and I'm available, I will gladly join.
