Hated you at some times Rozsival, but realized your overall importance, and can say that in good times and bad, I was one of few Ranger fans that did so.

You will be missed. Feel like I'm writing an RIP lol.

Dead right. We've had some god awful teams the last decade and Roszival did the best he could trying to fill that top role. More importantly for me, he did the sweater proud by playing hard even if it wasn't enough at times.

I hope he stays in the NHL for a very long time. Maybe not a great player, but a great New York Ranger.

I'm sorry you had to put up with so much crap Rozy. Thanks for your hard work as a Ranger. Best of luck in Phoenix.

If I am Rozy I am very happy today. I would tell all NYR fans to kiss my ass on the way out too.

Good luck in PHX Rozy!

There wouldn't be enough people there to hear them.

Ive booed him when he sucks, and ive cheered for him when he's good...i'll miss having Rozy on the team. Got his autograph before a game last month and he's a really nice guy. Good luck to him.

No, you're mistaken. It's a thing they do in Phoenix where a lot of people dress like seats when they attend hockey games.

With Rozy, we watched a guy come off the scrap heap, rebuild a career that injury almost derailed, and become a top defenseman for a playoff team for half a decade.

I like stories like this.

It's the right time for him to go, and I'll always appreciate his contributions to the team. I hope he gets a warm reception when he returns. I can't imagine why he wouldn't.

People may actually cheer when he doesn't shoot, now.

Seriously though, it'd be an absolute joke if he was boo'd on his return.

Thanks Rozy. You are a warrior and you never complained. You are going to bring a lot to the Yotes.
Good luck in Phoenix, Rozy.

I feel bad for you though that you have to leave MSG and an original 6 team to go play on a team that nobody cares about and has an empty building, you deserve better. Im going to miss you on our blueline!

I'll miss him, that's for sure.

Watch, once he hits the market in a year and a half, some of us will be like "Let's bring him back! He'll be cheaper!"... I can see it now.

Liked him more than others, but it is a good trade, save cap, get a young kid with ability.

Always remember being in MSG for the Rozy game 3 winner vs Buffalo!!!

Good luck in Phoenix.

I didn't say I want that to happen. I said that I can see some of us - us, as in the one that don't mind Rozsival- wanting him back in a year and a half.

Seeing the way some of our fans react on this board when we can get our old players back (Prucha), it wouldn't be a doubt to me that some would say that.

If he's still good i'd take him for cheaper if we need a veteran 7th d-man. Why not?

Will miss Rosy. He took a lot of crap; some of it deserved, mostly not. Hopefully the fresh start elsewhere will be good to him

I will always remember that game 3 goal and my lack of a voice the next day.
