My patience is wearing thin with Gaborik. He's making bad decisions with the puck, and I'm not so sure it's because he's injured.

-Exciting finish. I thought we were going to get one there at the end. Can't expect to get a point when you only play 20 mins of hockey. Hopefully they carry the 3rd period momentum into tomorrows game against the Flyers.

-We need a consistent effort from Gabby. I thought he played better in the 3rd and made a nice pass to Staal earlier in the game but he hasn't been the consistent threat we desperately need.

-Dubinsky didn't have one of his better games tonight

-I can't watch Chris Drury play hockey right now. If his hand isn't healed then shut the guy down until it is. He is providing nothing. Newbury badly outplayed him tonight. He is even making bad decisions and that was something he rarely did. His entire game is falling apart.

-Speaking of Newbury, I really liked the energy he brought tonight. He looks like the type of guy that would fight a lion to stay in the NHL.

-Henrik was incredible tonight and the only reason we had a chance in the 3rd.

If they play three periods of that third period they can win.

That really was a great third period...but my god i've never seen a team as snakebitten as the NY Rangers.

Dubinsky drives the Offense as of now, and he was awful tonight, therefore the team was awful. I would have liked to see Dubi, Avery and Gaborik put as a line since Avery looked like he wanted to go tonight. A well a big loss to Mon 2 nd time in the week. Not looking good Offensively at all.

I officially think that Gabby is actually hurting the team at this point. He needs to spend more time on the bench and let the guys that are going good have his ice time.

If Gabby is playing this **** cus he's hurt, he should be scratched. He is not helping the team, he is hurting it.

This one is going to sting, and I can only hope we pull what we did from our last Habs game where we come out ****ing flying against the next team.

I really hope we can beat the Flyers tomorrow.

The Good: Hank, Hank, Hank, and Hank and I should mention Hank

The Bad: The puck for not giving us one damn bounce all game.

The Redden: The abysmal first 2 periods by everyone except Hank. A better third period in desperation mode does not excuse the first 2 periods.

They are far from Snake bitten. This is the first year they actually score goals without out shooting the other team by a 2 to 1 margin. Did u not see the two crap goals they got tonight, how can you call them snake bitten. They stunk had no flow did not deserve a sniff of a win tonight. If it wasent for Hank it would be a blow out.

It was an entertaining game, no doubt, and we saw flashes of something this team might build upon to pull out of its goal scoring slump.

Torts seems to like Newbury, maybe there is a longer term assignment there. I'd expect a Weise demotion soon.

Sauer had a rough night. The Gilroy pairing was tedious at best.

That entire third period was the definition of "snake bitten."

Domination of the play with nothing to show for it but a dented crossbar and worn in goalie pads for Price.

Newbury was impressive. Team needs a PP point man. I would rent McCabe for a 2nd

I don't understand what Gaborik did at the end of the game. 7 seconds left, whip it at the net and hope for a rebound or deflection. He skated it behind the net and wasted about 6 seconds. Ughhh at least he didn't attempt a wraparound...

I thought I was the only one that noticed. Sauer didn't have a good game.

Yeah, he was terrible in the 1st. He looked slow and seemed like he was having trouble keeping up with the play.

I was afraid this was going to happen, but Drury is really becoming problematic

Lundqvist was awesome.

Boyle, Prust and Avery were our best forwards. All of our defenseman didn't really do too many positive things.

Dubinsky was pretty awful. Drury made some good passes, but he lost a lot of face-offs clean and we need him to be a lot better.

I think Sauer was a) rattled a bit by playing in Montreal for the first time and b) was already nervous because he started as Staal's defense partner.

Thank god we have a game tomorrow, even if it's against the Flyers.

I'm not even on the team and this loss in haunting me. They need to get out there tomorrow and play their ***** off to put this one behind them.

He very rarely has bad games...We can forgive this one considering how well he has played all year.
