Nice blast from the past article

Found a nice story about Mike McPhee and what he's up to today. I loved that guy when he was a Hab, so I thought I'd pass it on for any other fans of his who might be interested.

I miss the late 80's habs, the one thing they had was a great work ethic and they were huge. In 1989, we had the 2nd largest team in the NHL and 1st was the Champs Flames. How things have changed for the last 12 years.

93 Canadiens were pretty big and tough as well.

The Habs could use a Mike McPhee ot two at this point. He was not only gritty but could make plays. I remember the other players expressing appreciation for him(Naslund on more than one occasion) so he must have been a good team player.

The habs had a very good mix of talent, speed, size, grit and goaltending back.Todays team has only a few of these ingredients.
