Phew, heartstopper game. Held on nicely. Really liked Carter doing his best Giroux impression and eating the puck in the offensive zone.

woah i don't like G flying up there trying for the turnover....never the less that was a rare instance where Philly didn't let a goal in while the opponent pulls their goalie.

Agreed, but it's pretty terrific to have Timonen, no matter what.

He got clobbered, but I didn't see him afterwards - hopefully he's okay.

They'll have playoff games like that.

Held on to get the win.

Those looking for revenge on Avery, will have to wait for another day. They'll remember.

What's the Flyers record against their division now? Something like 12-1-1, right?

Would have been to nice to score a pp goal. Yeah i know we scored 2 goals seconds after each pp was over, but a decent PP goes a long way.

There is going to be a lot of tape to go over after that game, even though we won.

GREAT first 40 minutes, sloppy, disinterested 3rd period. Way closer than it should have been at the end. WTF was Boosh doing on that first Ranger goal?

Way to hold on though and get the 2 points, great record over the 9 of 10 road games stretch. Back home to Philly finally, Let's Go Flyers!

That was a great game but man did the Rangers beat up the Flyers physically this game! Prust, Dub and Boyle killed us.

And, Zherdev needs to learn to have better positioning that is for sure. He was out of position way too often. If he would learn to do that he could be a star in this league. Hopefully Lavy benches him for Carcillo again after that game and maybe he will get more of a hint.

But its a win so
