When after the 2nd goal? The period was about to end.

3rd goal? We just came out from the lockeroom I doubt the boys need a timeout.

4th goal? We pulled Auld.

If anything I would liked to have seen Auld pulled after the 3rd. He had an off night..lucky for those 3 posts.

That's strange, because it means, let's say, that we win 6-5 in the OT and someone has 5 goals, but another who played really bad and was -5 but who scores the GWG gets the 1st star ? :\

Subban celebrated too much. It was mocking the flames. I woudent be surprised if the Flames celebrate excessivly next time they meet the habs

I know being a fan means having fun by overracting, but at some point, you have to realize we've seen this movie before, and recognize where it comes from and what it means.

Games like this happen and don't particularly mean anything. It's very rare that a team will get a 4-0 lead because they are playing especially well and, likewise, it's very rare that a team will get 4 unanswered goals against because they're playing especially badly. I had my spiel all ready about how a blowout "statement game" means nothing at 4-0, and now, well, I'm just laughing my rear off.

It's hockey. Stuff happens. Goalies have bad stretches. Sometimes you get 4 goals on 8 chances, then they have 8 chances back and score 4 times back.

Collapses, blowouts, "statement games", they're actually the least meaningful games there are. Hockey is too low-scoring a game, and parity is too strong, for stuff like that to be anything more than flukes. 7-0 games mean nothing, nor do 4-0 leads nor 4-goal comebacks.

Kipper had a bad game, the Habs built a big lead, Auld had a bad stretch, the Habs ran around their own zone a bit, they won it in OT. No harm done.

Bank the two points, forget the game, move on to the next.

U have been watching our habs too long. LOL

Other teams score more than 2 and a half goals a game you know.

We just seem to not be able to score. Other teams score 5 or 6 goals many times per year. Habs have no chance to do that with Martin in Charge.

JM will be happy with the 2 points but will for sure give his team an earful for blowing a 4 goal lead.. A collapse like that is unacceptable for a team fighting for a playoff spot.. Watching the Habs play since early December as been real bad for one's health..

Kudo's to the Flames for not quitting after being down 4-0..

Alot to like about this game.

Cammy looking into it. Skating with the puck, faking guys out, scoring a beauty of a goal, and involved.

AK46 taking some quality shots and scoring again.

PK with a beautiful shot for the OT winner.

Price stepping in and keeping the door closed.

Pac, Cammy, Gio, AK46, Gomer, Pleks, and Eller, flying out there. A very exciting game to watch.

I wonder if all the people who thought JM killed PK's career when he benched him a few months back still think the same?

I wonder how many points Markov would get in a game like this.

The way Pouliot has been playing, he would have loved to be in this game.

The benching has nothing to do with it. JM got his head out of his ass and played PK with Hal Gill.

PK has always been good with either Hamr or Gill. They're both very vocal and help him out on the ice.
