i just mean we shouldn't look at stats for the month and be worried. the schedule is what the schedule is. we know what the team is capable of, that's why it is so frustrating to see them lose like this, when we know they can beat these teams.

Not scoring is frustrating for a team and it's fans, but I would rather us not score goals and play well defensively than the opposite way around. Think it just shows a better/more stable built team.

LGRS!!! Must win tonight boys. I expect a big game from Gaborik.

People wanted youth, we got youth. This roller coaster ride is going to continue when you have such a young team. This is a given with a young team. Its called growing pains (and I'm not talking about the show). Get over it. **** or get off the pot.

Stole this pic from the main forums. Thought it would bring some laughter.

new to the board. glad to find an active place to talk Rangers. I will be in my seats in 215 and expect to see this offense to come out and score a few early. We need to beat the bad teams!

Are these lines confirmed? If yes --> totally crazy, don´´t like them that much tbh.

I hope we play finally a 60 minute game again and beat them with more then 3 goals scored...

I hope Zucc gets a chance on the point as well. Also if Gaborik doesnt break out against the Maple Laughs then Houston we have a problem.

All I know is they desperately need to do two things:

- Come out of the gates full on. Granted yes, they need to play 60 minutes, but I'd almost rather the old second period slump come back than them being invisible from minute one.

- Relax and establish a winning culture at home. You know it's in the back of every single players mind that they aren't wining at home. PLay hard, simplify your game, and get comfortable at home again.

I also would like to see a lot more of that Stepan - MZA- Wolski line. A lot more of it. They made the ice look huge in our last game. They played creatively, which is something I think we lack a bit. Lots of bangers and crashers, but not enough creative puck movement. I really hope Torts lets these guys develop together.

LGR!

Awards:
Two things this team has stopped doing with consistency:

1) Hitting from the start. They need to establish a physical presence from the first shift on.

2) Shooting from all angles. They've stopped throwing pucks on net. Stop trying to make the perfect pass. Shoot and crash.

To be real this team does this every year this is the third year in a row we reached the mid point and went on a prolonged slump GF wise.

Last yearI think it was 20 straight with 2 or less. The year before that it got Renney fired.

Enough of the nonsense. Two points would be nice, but all I want to see tonight is a good full 60 minutes of hockey from our boys.

I'll be going to this game tonight, I haven't been to MSG in years, whats the best plan of action if I wanted to purchase some stuff from the garden stores that aren't available elsewhere? I know because of the renovations some of the stores are closed and only certain locations are open throughout the game, if someone could direct me around I'd appreciate it.

I want to see:
  • 60 minutes of effort.
  • Establishment of a forecheck from the beginning.
  • Aggressive shooting in the offensive zone.
  • Puck movement on the PP.

There will be stores right when you walk in the main entrance where you can buy stuff. They will also announce where the team stores are, and you can see signs of where the team stores are.
