How come no one knows where the hell this came from all of a sudden? If tommorrow you told me gabs has a torn shoulder i'd be completely unsurprised, i'd expect something like that was wrong but Dubs? He's missed some wide open chances and is on a scoring slump but health wise was 100% far as I knew? Did he hurt himself in practice or was this a nagging pain that they got figured out?

Boyle, MZA, Anisimov, Wolski, Stepan, Gabs, Prust, Staal, Girardi, Sauer, Hank.

More than enough to win 2 of 6 or 3 out of 6. Then cally comes back.

This team will continue to grind and win 4 lose 3. At least i think.
Cally may need some time to get back in it though so realistically we should probably look over the next 10-12 games. They can lose 8 or win 8 I honestly can't predict which is a good thing because as a team the Rangers have just kept coming and coming and defying expectation. i'd expect them to only win 5 games out of the next 12/13. But the way the season is going I wouldn't be surprised if they win 8.

I believe this season is the most injured we've been since the lockout. We've been pretty lucky up until this point. Hopefully this forges us stronger.

Stress fractures are overuse injuries, it could be something that was nagging him and he got checked out...

Wow, this sucks!

For the first time this season, I fear we could miss the playoffs because of all these injuries.

on the bright side ... his new contract won't cost as much as it would have if he ended up with a 30 goal 65 point season

Exactly what I thought. At least Cally and EC are back soon.

Dubinsky is a big loss but at least the all star break is in there so there will be not be a whole lot of games lost.

Injuries are a part of this game, however this teams seems to overcome. Let's see what happens.

The Rangers have been real fortunate the past 5 years or so without injuries but this year... ouch...

Needs players such as Drury, Stepan, Zuc, Gaborik, Wolski to step up even more.

This is when gaborik, wolski, stepan, lundqvist... have to step the **** up.

We need cally and EC back soon. Drury has to step up soon, maybe aves.

Lets just make it thru to the all star break.

Not necessarily.

St Louis lost 3 of its top players for most of the season up until this week, and in a tougher Conference they didn't totally fall apart. Defense and goalie stole a few games.

Having said that, a tough month ahead just got a lot tougher. And not to mention the trade deadline looming soon after.

Wow... I'm speechless... I think we have to be at the top of the league by now with injuries to key players.

Now Gaborik really has to turn it on. I'm secretly hoping that he was all fine, just not doing well to not steal the spotlight from Dubinsky

WTF, that is a big blow to this team. I dont understand a stress fracture, how did it happen. This really sucks him and Cally out of the line-up does not look good. Especially after losing, Fro, Christ as well, and not to mention Gaborik an injury waiting to happen. I guess my two critcisms Wolski and MZA will have to really prove me wrong. But in reality Avery is going to have to be huge for us on the offensive side for the next month or so if we want to stay in the race.

Reaaaaaaaaalllly reaching for the bright side here...

The perfect opportunity for the Captain to get back in the good graces of Ranger fans everywhere. Let face it, if the Rangers pull a few wins out with Drury netting a few goals all else gets forgotton fairly quick.

What say you Capt.?

One thing that really looms overhead now is a panic trade. I trust Sather on the trade front...But the injury list is rediculous enough to maybe force his hand to deal. One thing we all have to remember here. This is a huge business, and playoff money is something that owners salivate over. At the end of the day, a greedy owner can force a bad situation.

Stay the course!

Pretty much all of our young leaders, except Staal, are down for the count right now. Just don't see the rest of the team strong enough to overcome this.
