Just said in the game that it's a shoulder injury and according to Joe, Tortorella's "body language" indicates that he won't return for a while.

It was pretty amazing that they recorded torts reaction live as he got the clearly horrible news on feds. Based on how feds was holding his arm I think it's either a broken wrist or forearm. Six to eight weeks is my bet.

Man, Torts looked absolutely defeated right there. Kind of strange given how well his team has been playing through all of this crap.

Looked like a separated shoulder the way he got hit. I'm gonna say 2-4 weeks.

I thought the exact same thing. The way he tucked his arm and his shoulder was low... hopefully I'm wrong.

For real, we should. It would be helpful to have everything in one place. Haha.

Incredible.

This sucks. He's been quietly having a fantastic year and now this. Bummer for him, bummer for the team.

Injuries are good, because others have to step up. This builds depth.

Can Avery finally get some PK time?

7 forwards out...dubinsky, callahan, frolov, prospal, christensen, fedotenko, and boogaard...our depth would be insane if 1/2 the team wasn't hurt
