When the liberty jerseys were first introduced and I was younger, I loved them. As I got older, I got tired of them pretty quickly. Heritage jerseys for me, they look fantastic.

I've slowly become attached to the Heritage Jersey. I guess I just like the style and its purpose. I still miss the Liberty Jersey, but the Heritage Jersey is a solid replacement for it.

I love both of them, but if you had me at gunpoint and I had to choose - the Heritage jersey.

I guess so, even without posting I've been visiting this site daily for maybe the last three weeks. Personally I've been enjoying the topics discussed here and have found some conversations to be quite interesting.

I was a regular on the Blueshirtsunited boards so from what I've seen this board isn't that bipolar.

I wasnt sure about the Heritage jerseys at first, I thought they were just too simple and plain for my liking. However, they have really grown on me. I think what I like about them is that they are navy like the liberty jerseys were and they have that off white around the collar and what not.

But still I have to say i liked the Liberty jerseys better. Those just represented NY in such a great way obviously because of the Lady liberty on the front. It was also a nice change up from having Rangers going diagonally across, not that I dont like that but if you're gona have a 3rd jersey I think there should be something different, unique about it. The heritage jerseys are nice but they take on the same theme as the regular ones.

I love the Heritage jersey, I think it's far superior to the Liberty jersey in a vacuum.

However, I think as a "3rd Jersey" the Liberty jersey works better. With that jersey, there was a true change of pace, eliminating the laces, a center crest rather than diagonal lettering, a truly different jersey.

The Heritage jersey is a much better jersey, but the Liberty jersey works better as an "alternate."

The Heritage jerseys look better and better every time I see them. I just need to decide which player to get. I already have a Hank liberty.

The Heritage Jerseys look like they were taken right out of a vintage photo.

They reek of tradition and Original Six aura.

While I am a big fan of the (white) Liberty jerseys, the Heritage jerseys are gorgeous. Classy.

Heritage and comparing them is like comparing the value of a flawless diamond that weighs a pound or a box of dog $t that weighs a pound.

Disagree wholeheartedly, mostly because various aspects of them were never used in Rangers history (color, name/number font, etc). I hate when teams try to fabricate a throwback jersey that was never actually used in the team's history (see Pens WC jerseys from this year). I think the Rangers could have done much better with jerseys we've actually used in the past.
