CHICAGO -- Philadelphia Flyers forward James van Riemsdyk is hopeful the lower-body injury that kept him out of Sunday's 4-1 road win against the Chicago Blackhawks will heal soon.
Van Riemsdyk spoke to reporters following the game on Sunday at the United Center and said he incurred the injury in the third period Saturday against the New Jersey Devils.
"I tweaked a little something yesterday and kind of fell awkwardly," he said. "We'll see how it feels [this week]. I'd rather not go into the details, but it's just a little something and we'll see how it feels [on Monday] and go from there."

i was a few rows fromthe corner on sat. I saw him come into the corner and lose his balance. Looked like he slammed his knee into the but or maybe twisted and went down awkwardly. He skated back up ice favoring his leg.
There's no need. Subban out-trolls himself on a constant basis. Nothing's more humbling than talking all kinds of crap and then turning over the game winning goal to the guy you've been trying to troll all season.
