Not our night. Refs did an awful job. Felt like this was a road game the entire time.
Unfortunately, the play was on-side. It was just one of eleventybillion lucky breaks Florida got all night long.

I'm usually the first to bash the officials, but I saw nothing bad from them tonight. The call on Avery was debateable, but probably a penalty.

Lundqvist says that 'the guy counting the shots was drunk because they had more than one' in post game interview.

It was an unlucky loss, but I think they played pretty poorly in the 2nd period other than Stepan's goal. After the All-Star Break , I expect them to put in a 60-minute effort after they get some rest and some of the injured players come back. They've been playing from behind a lot lately and that has to be very exhausting for them.

This was probably Drury's best game of the season tonight. Not sure why people are still making fun of him and acting as if he lost us the game or something.

I'm not blaming this loss on Lundqvist at all, but he needs to start making early saves to give the Rangers a chance to get a lead and hold it. He's been inconsistent since the Vancouver game.

What can you do -- Florida scored some lucky goals.

But Rangers defense take note -- Florida scored three goals tonight simply by their point men throwing the puck at the net and not freaking out about shooting lanes.

For the life of me I will never understand why our point men dont shoot the puck. Especially in a close game. The Cats put on a clinic tonight in that regard

And Del Zotto looks like the same player before he was sent down. As much as it sucks to say, I'd rather keep Macdonagh and send him back to Hartford when Girardi is healthy.

I just cant see sather not make a trade for a PMD or PP QB

Also, Del Zotto looked good tonight. He wasn't forcing things.

Agreed, he looked decent out there.

I should've included Stepan in 'The Good' as well. He had himself a good game.

Good, Zuccarello is a passing machine, overall good effort on a back to back
Bad- not Drury this time. Coem on man the guy played a good game for once. Bad is the bad bounces and not much else

Redden, Not sure why DZ is with Gilroy on that one. They are both offensive Dmen........DZ did well though. He may be back soon but I expect hiim to the Whale for atleast there two games before the NHL is back

Drury himself wasn't bad, it's just bad how he can't catch a break.

We saw what can happen when a team tries to block shots all the time and they don't get them cleanly. Weird deflections and pucks ending up on a guy's stick who's really out of the play (happened in Atlanta as well). All in all, really lucky goals against. And, Lundqvist has to stop the second goal. He never saw the orginal shot on the third goal either.

He didn't see the second goal going past half a dozen bodies either, so I don't understand the has to stop rant going on here. None was a softie, yet people just force assume that by the statz.

DZ started to look like his old self tonight. If he works on his shot and becomes less hesitant on the PP in Connecticut, he'll be back up in no time.
