Is there a jersey that already exists that has the same striping pattern you like? If so it makes it easier to alter the colors. Also, which crown logo do you mean?
Oh, sorry, 'didn't know I needed to include templates!
Well, I don't care for their jerseys, generally, but I think the "best" templates or striping patterns that would probably work for my idea is the Florida Panthers' and Nashville Predators'. The stripe from the shoulder down to the sleeve would be red. It would be red on both jerseys, both home and away, so it somewhat resembles a robe or is supposed to.
For the crown, I would use a little more simplified version of the current one 'with it less busy' so I guess between that and the traditional one from the gold/purple days, I would pick the more modern one but simplify it a bit.
I would use a more simple version because they look better on hats, shirts etc. because they would be instantly recognizable but the more 'busy look' of the crown or crest is not as identifiable, imho. People have to take a long look to really tell what it is, imho. Especially on T-shirts and caps.
If using the crown for a template, then yeah, it'd be gold with red as the other color inside markings etc.
I don't know if I can use other crown logos because of trademarks etc.
If it's easy to try it with the other crown or another one, go ahead. I mostly wanted the forum to see how the color matches up with the jersey pattern with a crown (any crown) as the crest logo.
