It just baffels me that the whole team can come out and skate great in the first period, then come out in the second stuck in 2nd gear. Its the friggn syncronized skating sloth-capades.

TM and Kompon finally go back to the 5 man PP unit that was dominating in the playoffs last season. Put in JJ and Handzus and dumped Glass Jarret.

So nice to see a PP that actually looks creative and moved the puck around rather than Stoll firing multiple one-timers over the net.

Ha Ha Herb. Sad it takes this long for these clowns to open up their minds, huh.

Alec Martinez almost scored on Bernier. I swear to you.. Bernier has to make at least 1 or 2 saves on shots from his own teammates.. EVERY game.

Agreed! That actually looked solid!

..you can tell these are two teams fresh off a break. Sloppy hockey.

Blaming our whole power play woes on the fact of Jarret Stoll being on the point is sad. The lack of creativity from our system is still the biggest problem.

I only have the Wild feed, which means no interview with Jamie Kompon right before the 3rd starts.

Please someone tell me what he says, his interviews are so exciting and he always has new and unique things to say about how to score goals.

Someone give me a recap please!

"uuuh the umbrella on the power play looks gooodd and I uuuhhhh think we need to just get some pucks through and maybe one will hit someone's ass and go in."

Something like that I imagine.

When Doughty and Johnson are on the PP they seem to switch DD to the left side where he seems to have more room to operate and make things happen.

Our PP will be much more dangerous going forward if it's run through Doughty and he is able to QB it.

Stoll never even looks to pass, all he does is shoot shoot shoot, which may not be his fault because apparently thats what TM and Kompon tell him to do, but regardless Stoll should not be on the point of any #1 PP unit in the NHL. I think even his biggest fans would agree with that.

I don't know about that. That should not have been a penalty.

Linesman deflected the breakout pass as Jack was coming out of the box. Figures.

At least someone tries to shoot the damn puck. Everyone else just passes back and forth.
