It's nice to finally get some payout for holding onto Cory Schneider for the last three years.

Yeah, WTF is this? Phoenix has been doing this to Bryz all year...he'll play awesome for about two, two and a half periods, and then it's like the wheels come off for them and games get real close.

It's killing my fantasy team.

So the guy that gave Penn State $88 million a few months ago to start up an NCAA team just purchased the Buffalo Sabres for a cool $179 million. Must be nice.

Mine too.

Make his trade value slide, Flyers pick him up this summer.

Lightning put Mike Smith on waivers with the intention of sending him to Norfilk of the AHL.

I like Mike Smith, wouldn't mind taking a flier on him.

2.2 hit.

Better than bringing Leighton up and losing him on re-entry waivers if something were to happen.

Ill pass. 1.4 million is too much which is the differance between adding Smith and dropping Boucher. I also dont think that Smith is that much an upgrade over Boucher for the money. Besides I would rather spend the money on a forward and add a defenseman for a better cap hit then what we had in Walker.

I was just reading a thread about the Staal match penalty. A Pens fan just said the penalty calls should have been "2 to Staal for roughing and 2 to Prust for elbowing and 2 for diving with maybe an additional 2 for Prust for a questionable hit on Kennedy that started the whole thing." Basically Prust should have got 6 minutes for taking a left cross to the jaw for no reason. I guess thats what I get for going to the main board.

Mike Smith has been terrible since his long hiatus with post-concussion syndrome. It's too bad; he's the last guy left in the NHL that I played with or against.

That check on Subban has to be one of the coolest hits I've seen in a while.

They had Kerry Fraser on TSN, and he agreed with the no suspension. I haven't seen the replay in slow motion, but he indicated that Prust's jaw went towards the punch (which is pretty much impossible in a real punch), so he felt Prust sold it pretty well.

Still doesn't take away from the fact that it was a sucker punch though.

I've always like Brent Johnson. I wish he wasn't a Pittsburgh Penguin. One punch. Job done.

I don't get the Yankee hat. I don't say that as a naive Phillies fan, I just don't see why he'd be wearing it.
