For me it says the Grabner one is 800x500 while the Franzen one is 640x400

I don't know what effect you put over players but it looks like you took the pictures from NHL11 when I doubt you did, keep the face sharper at least!

I like the effect. He uses Topaz Adjust, and I think it actually looks better.
