But seriously, Mike Richards is great. Both of them.
I saw the thread about the discontent with the Fan 590 but I didn't see any discussion about this. Mike Richards is by far the most talented radio personality I've ever heard, be it in sports, music, news, morning, afternoon, whatever. He will make you laugh every day, but he'll also produce some great interviews. For the past few years he's made me actually look forward to the morning commute here in Calgary, and I know he'll do the same for you guys with the new TSN radio station. I'm jealous, Toronto, not gonna lie.

With the state of the Leafs the last few seasons be happy it's just left at threats . I'm more disappointed in myself for actually thinking this was about players.
Confirm or deny: Is Andrew Krystal out already as morning man at Fan590? Can't get it confirmed but lots of people are saying he's done
If this is true then I will be thrilled. The guy was/is a shock-jock wannabe that has no business talking about hockey. From the times I listened to him it sounded like he barely watched any sports.
I was wonder how long they were going stay with Krystal. Surely the ratings must have dropped from the old Stellick-Landry show. Why did they drop that show? It was perfectly fine to me. Perfect to sh__, shower and shave to.
Krystal might have worked sometime during the day in slots where he could have deviated from the sports format. I thought he was relatively entertaining in Hogan's old slot but his brash, rude style laid a huge egg as the morning host. Most people like to listen to a person they like not hate. Even Howard Stern has a likability factor.
