We are about 3 years away from 2014 Olympics and I think many things became a little bit clearer during that year since Vancouver Olympics, so it came to my mind that I'll try to wright few players, who I think might be the best players available at every position in 2014, feel free to add any thoughts or different opinions.

I'd add Jaskin to the RW's. If he's as good Radim Jelinek reckons he'll be, he should be there. Also, maybe Frk as well? Also, I suspect there's gonna be a surprise player none of us will hear of until like a few months before who will probably make the squad too. I'm not sure about Sobotka, but I can't think of a better centre.

You'r definitely right. I had both of them on my list of RW's when I was trying to pick top5. But at the end I didn't put them there considering they'll be just 20. Who knows, but It'd more of a surprise to me if they were legit NHL'ers and top5 Czech RW's 3 years from now.
About Sobotka I think he'll be ok and is quite likely to be in top5 centers. I had much harder time with picking the 5th center which I picked finally Klepiš, but we really lack depth there (and in other positions too tbh).
Besides tournament in Russia U17 will also play a tournament as part of something called "european youth olympic winter festival". Here is roster for that event:
I don't get Adamský (Třinec bias?), but I'm excited about Jeřábek selection. Hope he'll get some ice time.
I agree with you.. if they wanted some player from Třinec, they could get Martin Růžička... on the other hand Adamský played well on last EHT tournament, he is two-way forward and he has a heart for game...
and yeah I´m excited about Jeřábek too, hope he will be successful..
I have heard that Jaškin is out of the present tournament at Hradec Kralove... Does anybody know who was called insted of him?
His coach from Slavia Ruzicka didnt want him to go...
He said that Jaškin is still to weak and he has to concentrate on his training...
He is probably scare to lost him again before the playoff

I wonder why Hadamczik takes Lukáš Zíb instead of Krajíček The guy is 33 and has no chance to ever make WC roster, that's just crazy selection. He should have taken somebody like Kudělka or some young D from ELH. I've got nothing against Zíb, but his nomination is completely pointless.

Yeah, what happened there? Did he get injured or something? I agree with you, I think the phrase you're looking for is "nemá perspektivu" which doesn't really translate well into english, but it fits perfectly
Will there be a tournament home page for the U18 five nations tournament with live scores and stats?
There will be livescores on this site as usually: http://www.onlajny.cz/sport/index/id/1 with commentary in Czech, but I don't know about some stats site. And there will be also match CZE-USA on TV. I'll post here some link later and then also the link with the game recorded in tv archive.
That should be the U-19's not the U-20's. But good results from both teams!
Yeah I know, but who cares. Everybody knows it's U20 for the next season. It'd be confusing to call them now U19 when such team doesn't officially exist imo.
Correction of U17 yesterday result. Some media reported that one wrong. The Czech team didn't lose the SO, but won. so the final score was CZE-SWE 4-3SO (http://fhr.ru/files/289.jpg).
