Hodgson is a wierd experiment. He is a natural center, but is not a gritty checker.

Canucks have had a vacancy at 4c all season. It was even evident in camp.

Gillis is no trader. I suspect he doesn't do any, hence Hodgson miscast at 4c.

Cheap additions are not had at the deadline. If there were any desire to add somebody it could have been done, by now.

Christensen doesn't sound better fitted than Hodgson, anyway.

Christensen isn't a 4th line center.

He wouldn't really fit with the Canucks as we have a lot of skilled forwards. If anything we need a gritty bottom 6 fwd. But really i think Hodgson will be ready for playoffs. theyll give him 12 gms in the reg season and all the playoffs. Although christianson could help us win a dam shoot out once in a while
