Why don't you make some great proposals about it?

Now when a better fighter for Lucic to test himself against came along, he avoided that confrontation too.

What's the difference?
If you think I brought up Lucic/Laraque...

The fact that he's all you guys have to talk about whenever Lucic gets brought up LONG AFTER HE HAS LEFT is what is sad. There's this "Lucic never fights someone his own size" notion every single time the Bruins play the Habs, yet his fight card shows him clearly fighting middle and heavyweights throughout his career. I'm asking why this still gets talked about...on one side you're all saying "oh, look at the Bruins fighting non-fighters...bunch of goons", yet on the other side you're saying "Lucic should fight someone his own size"...really...who may I ask? He doesn't have any options and he's playing with emotion AS ANY HOCKEY PLAYER SHOULD BE IN A GAME LIKE THIS...

I get it, you hate the guy. But the fact that there's a belief you actually have a good reason to use this "Lucic is a ***** who never fights heavyweights" game after game where you see him is ridiculous.

[QUOTE=Steveshutt;30787152]"We showed them tonight."

This dense tubby man-child is such a pathetic loser. Looks like he should be sucking on a root beer lolly and wearing a "beanie". He's been fawning over the Bruins and hating on the Habs for years now. How come noone ever calls him on it?[/

You have Pierre MacGuire.

I love this rivalry, I hate the Habs with such affection.

Seriously, you guys make hockey worth watching! See you in Montreal!

Very disrespect by Boston.

I am Avs and Habs fan, but tonight's game our defense looked like Avs level. Beyond brutal.

People will never get this, although I would take a guy like George Parros on this team.

Why do we need gooness? Yes, gooness. That's what you guys are asking. Because that's what happened in the last minutes of this game: pure gooness.

Our little Habs owned the Ruins in win-loss column. So much so that the classless Ruins got frustrated and therefore showed their retarded gooness at the end of the game.

What Ruins were doing was illegal and would have been prosecuted if the league was any good: a player jumping on another who didn't want to fight and beat him up. Habs don't need to play this kind of illegal game.

I don't even think we got manhandled tonight. Lets move on. Though I'd prefer that we add some weight in our bottom 6.

All the better. Rivalries against classy teams are hard to keep strong. This game makes up for a lot of JM signed snooze fests. I'm sure he hated it, I didn't.

Subban 2G+2A in 4 games. Atleast our blueliners can create some offense.

How do you pronounce his name? Pierre was saying Weber and Gord kept saying Veber.

Well based on that evidence you cant say we are harder to beat.

Im not saying the Bruins are amazing or out of our league. I was just addressing a poster who said the Bruins are easy to beat and we dont have to worry about them.

Hey Habs fans,
Bruin fan in peace, I swear.
Just wanted to say I earned some respect for Mr. Price.

Good on him. Honestly, I like the fights and when my team wins, but I see what you are saying about the physical mismatching.

IMHO this kind of game is good for the rivalry, it seems like our rivalry has been diminishing as of late.

Look forward to the next two.

Hope to see you guys in the playoffs

You don't get team toughness without tough player numnuts! Boston and Philly have Thornotn and Schelley as main tough players who protect their good player's confidence, and from there they have tough players like Campbell, McQuaid, Chara, Lucic, Carcillo, Hartnell, Prongner etc. etc.
