No, let's wants Bonneau to play D.

So you'd have the fantastic bunch of White, Conboy, Schultz, Bonneau and well...dunno, Gill out there on the ice. So the other team can just skate circles around them.

I like Henry, plus he can handle Thornton. Picard actually looks like he can handle himself, I'd like to see more of that. What about the Wiz? He should have dropped them at some point last night.

Poor Space man, Hammer and Pyatt......They sure got dummied.
Picard couldn't beat any of those guys that fought last night. He looked like a fool fighting the smaller Avery.

Just an FYI. A lot of you saying to deal Eller and that he looks scared, you were also the ones who said Gill was crap and a terrible signing. Maybe you should actually pay attention to the games instead of being useless armchair gms.

Ryan White wasn't called up to make sure that doesn't happen again, he was called up because someone was hurt.

They're also the same people who wanted the Habs to trade Max Pacioretty this summer...or wanted the Habs to move Plekanec 2 years ago.

Most of the posters on this board don't understand that it's a process for young players to become hockey players.

It's a start but, far from the answer. That Boston game was entertaining, but reality sank in. They found a system to beat us & if we draw either Boston or Philly in the playoffs, it'll be lights out!

The books out on our Habs, just pound us into submission....

We beat them 3 times, they beat us once, and now they have our number? Really?

We were so intimidated that we still scored 6 goals on the best goalie in the league. I mean, come on...

Not to mention most hockey fans follow the 'buy high, sell low' philosophy.

You're saying the biggest cluster**** of a game that we've seen in years was planned out? You think the Bruins wanted to allow 6 goals? Or that the Habs wanted to give up so many odd-man rushes?

There was no system last night. By either team. That's why the game got out of hand.

As for that last line, you'd think by now at least Habs fans would know the truth behind that fallacy.

NEITHER team played anything close to resembling a 'system' last night...and how often do you see fighting in playoffs?

If you watched it more meticulously, you'd have seen that the small guys didn't want to touch the puck in the corners, they were scared out there & Gomez.... Yikes! Well get worn down quick in a 7 game series.

Yeah because Weber hasn't been one of our best d-men the last month and Pyatt is better than Moen...and having 3-4 skilless goons is how you win in the playoffs, must be why Carcillo spent much of the playoffs in the press box

The positive here is the fact that by doing this Habs organization acknowlegde that it was unacceptable and that the team need toughness.

We may have lost most of the fights and Boston is more physical than us...but to say our small guys were scared to touch the puck is a joke, complete ********.

Gionta Desharnais Weber Plekanec all had good games. It was piss poor defensive play and goaltending that cost us the game.

We need to go get Neil ASAP as White can barely intimidate and fight.

Must be why the big bad Bruins are 4-0 against us...oopps I guess they are 1-3-0...maybe they forgot to read the book...

Neil is not exactly the heavyweight champ...though I think he'd be a solid addition, but the cap hit and cost is a concern.

To all of you saying "we beat the 3 times they beat us once" if that game happens in a playoff series it is over. That would be an enormous momentum swing.

Deal? We want him sent down because the kid is lacking MAJOR confidence right now, kind of like what they did with Pacioretty, nobody is saying to trade the kid.

good, now lets KEEP him on the team for more than 2 games, and keep Pyatt OUT of the lineup. ffs, please take pyatt out... I know him and JM have a very intimate relationship and all, but for the love of god.... its tom pyatt.

Ok so we played 4 games with the bruins. We won 3 hockey games and lost a royal rumble... lets deviate from our team philosophie and hire fighters so we can win the battles and lose every playoffs game to hockey teams...

I doubt he was brought up to "toughen" up the team. Most likely because I'd assume Pyatt will be out.
