PG can't seriously think this team as it is now as what it takes to win in the playoff's this year can he? That's if they even make it of course..

I don't see how you leave Patches out of the top 6 at this point.

I missed that game since I have no access to RDS. Please tell me Martin did not try AK-Gomez-Eller again. Not after the Boston debacle.

I have since ditched that post, reminded that Patches still exists. At which point I'd agree with you, but it would mean having too many LW's (Cammy, Patches, Pouliot, etc)

Figured it was a mistake, you're smarter than that lol.

I also think Pouliot deserves some top 6 time, A. Kost to bottom 6 IMO.

Our good start has us here. Since beating Ottawa on Dec. 7 we are actually one of the more mediocre performing teams in the league. We are ".500" with a record of 12-12-4. Overall, without Markov we are 19-15-5 which is easily our best winning % in the games of a season where he's been missing. But my are we ever streaky. After 2 home games, we do the dreaded tour of Western Canada- a trip that we have not won 2 games out of 3 on since 2000 (and one where we've gone winless at least once. Haven't won in Calgary since 2002, haven't won in Edmonton since the Heritage Classic- having blown a few games where we had leads even- and haven't won in Vancouver since like 1999!).

Yea honestly, the only consistent thing about this board is the amount of *****ing and moaning after a loss.

2 games in 2 nights after a tough emotional game last night. Not surprised at the result.

I've been pumping for Pouliot to be in the top 6 since November and it still hasn't happened. Problem is, Max, Benny and Cammy are all LWs, so unless someone wants to move to the right wing, one is getting left off the top 6, and that would without a doubt be Pouliot.

The guys did not take their Prozac before tonights game.....Seriously the Montreal Bulldogs did not have anything tonight. My brother was at the game and constantly texted me, he said that our texts were the only thing keeping him awake!!!!!!! I cannot believe the little girl effort brought forth tonight by our little girls. Yes I am drunk but( fecal matter) can you guys not give a better effort than that. If I was my brother I would have been escorted out by security for throwing my beer and my jersey on the ice. I have not seen a more pitiful effortfrom this years version of le Bleu Blanc et Rouge. C'mon guys you looked like team Germany......Frickin COMPETE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Where's the hustle? And by the way, you did see Moen in Anaheim did you? How about Moen in here? They're playing the way they are 'cause they are alone doing it....Most people feel tougher when surrounded with tougher players....Nature of the beast...Oh and by the way, you did miss O'Byrne's interview when he left when he said how Martin was doing his best to remove the physical part of his game....

Overall a very bad effort. Personally i am not too surprised after last nights emotional game versus Boston.

The defense continues to be sliced and diced meanwhile there is very little support from the forwards.

Veterans like Gomez, Kostitysn, Halpern, Gill and Moen have been beyond horrible lately.

And JM MUST take blame tonight. Eller, Gomez, Akosts have been atrocious. They are all taking massive craps on the ice. Frankly, Gomez and Kostitsyn should be embarrassed after being benched and not having it affect them one bit. Reality check time. Both should be scratched to prove a point.

My prediction for the Leafs game...

The Habs will get embarrassed on National TV Saturday night by the Leafs and PG will have no choice but to make a move to wake this team up.. From the little bit of the game I saw tonight the Habs looked like they had their souls pounded out of them last night..

Absolutely not for one single reason....when we're sure that they'll be bad, they rebound. Almost every single time. Habs win against Leafs...and it's not going to be even close....

The first move should be to remove JM and put Kirk in there for the rest of the season. Then he can remove himself.

You are not suprised? What are you, an agent? That was pitiful, a 1.5 hour flight from Bean town and this is what you expect.......So passive so accepting. The way to show that we were not affected by last nights beat down was to come out flying and destroy the worst team in the league!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
