Amazing how easy it is to build four good lines when Drury is out. I love those four lines. It's about time they show they can all score though, because they really can.

Big game, hopefully the days off will help them get back on track.

Also, it looks like Enstrom might be coming back tonight for ATL.

I've enjoyed watching Dustin Byfuglien in the east but hopefully tonight we keep him quiet. He's got some shot though. Really wished we got him last off-season instead of Atlanta.

I think an outburst of goals is due tonight. Going out on a limb here but I'll say Rangers light up the lamp tonight with 5 or 6 goals! LGR!!!

Winning a 4 point game against a team on a 4 game skid, or losing it and finding ourselves in a 6 game losing streak.

Yeah, its a big one fellas.

ajcthrashers Chris Vivlamore
Tobias Enstrom taking part in morning skate. Chances are he plays because Brent Sopel was out for early workout.

Rangers+ Devils alliance for the next 2 months. Grab that 8th seed and beat the hell out of philidelphia, so long as we get 6th or 7th.

Man, Thrashers have pretty woeful penalty kill.

Should be interesting as our resistable force meets their movable object.

Huge game tonight boys.
We need to start going back to our winning ways against teams biting at our ankles. I'm calling a big game from the Dubi Arty Cally line. We need to put immediate pressure on their blueliners in the defensive zone, and keep Buff out of shooting position. He's cooled down considerably lately, but if Enstrom really is going to be back tonight, that will give them a huge boost. If we are angry, we need to show it, and we need to show it from the opening puck drop to the final buzzer. Don't give them any room to breath.
All i'm asking is a win in regulation.
Go Rangers.

This game defines the season

Yes, it is THAT big. At least for me.

Win with authority tonight and I anticipate a post season appearance where we at least scare one of the top playoff teams.

If we lose? pffft we still MIGHT make the playoffs, but it will be more than a little ugly for the rest of the season, and the potential for a complete unravelling of the team and coaching staff increases exponentially.

This game will reveal everything about team character, leadership and coaching. It will also determine how much interest I watch with for the rest of the season.

The table is set for us one way or the other. It is entirely up to this team what they make of the remainder of this season.

I do not EXPECT to win the Cup. I do not even EXPECT to win a round in the playoffs. What I DO expect after the season so far, is a team that will not just fritter away what has been accomplished to this point. They have worked hard and done well. If they throw that away with a piss poor effort tonight against a team below us in the standings I will not be happy.

They lose tonight and it's like begging the devs to come and take our place in the playoffs. Not good.
