I honestly thought that we'd miss the playoffs at the beginning of the year. On paper, our forwards looked like ****. They started off fine but now it's just atrocious to watch our O.

To complete the sentence....

At least Terry Murray should be fired. Kompon too. At least Handzus will be off the books. With the year he's had, he doesn't deserve to come back and maybe we can see a Kopi/Lokti/Schenn top 3 centers.

We will have taken ourselves one step closer to becoming a Stanley Cup Contender by not making a panic trade and by proving once and for all that we need a coach/system that can be competitive themselves.

Asking the team to be "less casual" when you yourself are in a comma behind the bench in insulting to everyone everywhere.

I thought he was more like a semi-colon last night myself.

Oh and to answer the original question:

...you will all realize that Lombardi is here for the long haul.

Ooops, coma not comma.

Either way when you think about it TM is in a holding pattern and asking the team to perform when he has given up is a bad thing.

Bad TM, Bad!!!

Now go back to sleep grandpa.

Kings Will Have A Top 10 Pick Again!

If the Los Angeles Kings don't make the post-season frolic then we'll have a top 7-10 pick. I doubt it though as I think the group will make a push for the play-offs. If they don't then heads will roll. With 10 remaining free agents to sign I see very few coming back. Of the coaching staff I think the Kings need a completely different direction. The Kings need a serious infusion of youth from Manchester(OMoller,VVoynov,BHolloway,M-ACliche)also. Besides that the Kings need to bring in a progressive coach(Igor Larionov) and maybe Scott Stevens could coach the defense...maybe a Russian genius could coach the PP...oh ya Larionov is one...
