So Terry Murray drew names out of a hat for today's game.

Fire this *******.

No assist for Mitchell? It was a beautiful breakout pass

Can we send down some sugar free Red Bulls to the Kings team?

This dumping is reminding me of what I do in the morning after a long night of drinking and Jack in the Box.

Look at this offense boys. It's like watching old people ****. Play a little game. Each time the Kings dump the puck in, stop it and lose it with a predictable pass along the half boards, take a shot of Tequila.

You are ****ed up by the middle of the second.

Kopitar and Simmonds look good, but Zeus is invisible.

Kopitar needs to be less passive. The passing to the wing and then having Simmonds throw a cross isn't going to work.

Loktionov and Kopitar are the only forwards on the roster capable of carrying the puck into the zone.

He better not go back to Manchester

Why do we shoot from the goal line, but pass when we have it in the slot?

Kings look like they don't trust their line-mates. If the keep playing dump and retreat to the neutral zone I might as well clean the house today.

Someone tell Kopitar he isn't allowed to pass anymore. Attack the damn defense. Look at what Ovechkin did. He didn't slow down and pass to the wing. He skated at Doughty and took a shot.

This is gritty, tough, character hockey. The ugly goals count as much as the pretty ones, stop being such a hater.

We just gotta shut them down the rest of the way and hope to get our 2 goals and win 2-1...that is the plan.

Attack the middle of the ice? Blasphemy. Dump, grind, try to pass to the point, shot blocked, backcheck. That's the Kings offense. A monkey could play left wing and know what to do.

Williams shoots from the 1/2 boards with 4 bodies in front of him and the net. That is called "shooting mentality"

The Caps are dumping the puck just as often as we are.

The difference is that they're going hard after it while the Kings are dragging their nuts over the blueline.

Oh look, Westgarth doing what he's supposed to do. Make the 4th line offensively useless, but STIR THINGS UP!

I don't even know if our shots are just dumping in anymore.

And Clifford on a line with Brown and Loktionov? WHY. No offense to Clifford, but he shouldn't be playing with a creative center and one of our leading scorers. Just switch Clifford and Ponikarvosky.

Because we all know you have a much better chance of scoring by limpwristing it from the boards and the blue-line. Getting the puck in the slot is a no-no. WE MUST CYCLE!!!

Washington also doesn't hesitate to throw it at the net. We're looking/waiting/thinking for a play instead of throwing it to the net to get the dirty goals.

Half of our clearances/passes go straight to the Capitals.
