EDIT: Just heard lower body injury. No specifics other than that.

EDIT2: Our D for tonight provided Spacek is out:

Hamrlik
Wisniewski
Subban
Weber
Picard
Nash

That's still not bad, depending on how Picard and Nash play. Buffalo has sorely missed Montador since he too got banged up playing the Leafs (Jay Rosehill... ) and if he can't go, I expect the Habs to get all sorts of gift-wrapped offensive zone time due to Chris Butler's struggles.

We just can't win with Kaleta in the lineup. Package him with Roy.

Byron as their fourth center with McCormick on the wing in recent games was better than McCormick in the middle and Kaleta on the wing was in the Isles game. Or did Kaleta break something again?

My guess is based on the fact that Lindy wasn't happy with Pat's game and said that he seemed to be still showing signs that he was injured.

Also Byron's been surprisingly good, so why not put him in.

I have a bad feeling about this one. I don't think we play good enough D in front of Enroth to win.

4-2 Habs

Miller haters say "See? Enroth only let in 4 against a team that's much better than the Islanders!"

Good luck to Enroth. Tough assignment on the road in MTL.

I know Miller had a lousy game Sunday, but does anyone else think it would be better to wait until the upcoming 6-game home stand to give Jhonas some starts?

Lindy wasnt happy with Kaleta's game the other night. Insinuated that his hand migth not be right yet in the paper today.

Gonna be tough tonight. I think this game will show that we remain a bordeline team, regardless of our recent record. I also think we will be in the penalty box a lot tonight.

4-1 Habs...Ennis lone Sabres goal scorer.

Gomez, Gionta, Hamrlik and Pyatt.

Not really, Miller is so tired right now he needs to rest today or tomorrow. He owns the Leafs plus I would rather have the backup play the first game of the back to back when the team isn't as tired as they would be tomorrow in the 2nd game in as many days.

That still looks better than a healthy Sabres defense.

I saw bits of that Habs/Bruins game last week. Montreal is playing pretty chippy right now, I expect some fireworks tonight.

I figured the only reason Byron wasn't sent down was because they were unsure how well Kaleta's injury held up....how many times has he came back for one or two games now?

Interesting to give Enroth the shot in Montreal. I love it though, since I may be going to the game tomorrow, and Miller will be starting.

Not only that, he didn't play a smart game (again) against the Isles. He was a non-factor for a long stretch after the iffy call against him, then seemed to be trying to hard to find a big hit and got out of position a few times. That line had no cycle presence, no work low on the Isles D and only the Gerbe goal being a case of Nate's wheels and wrister (and a sub-par netminder) cashing in. I get putting Byron back in from the effectiveness standpoint, just as much if Kaleta's hurt.

I would suspect Montador can not go since with Enroth up and Byron in the lineup, they would have too many bodies (24).
