Seguin back to Junior?

I thought he played a great game against the Leafs tonight..but he didn't play much in the third period..and he was a Healthy Scratch a few times recently...now that the Bs has aquired Kelly from Ottawa...(would seem to be their new 3rd line Center) does that mean TS goes back to Junior for the rest of the year..

Bobby Mac on Twitter says its a possibility..

not happening, he's been playing much better lately, id expect another trade to be right around the corner or paille+hamill sent to the minors

To be honest I didn't even notice Seguin and didn't even realize he was playing until the second period. He has a good future ahead of him and with the centre depth Boston has there is no need to rush him. Sending him down to providence might not be a bad idea.

He'd be sent to Plymouth... He's not eligible for the AHL.

Which Boston Forwards don't have to clear waivers to be sent down?

Unless they plan on playing Segiun on the wing for the rest of the year I don't see why they don't send him down
Bergeron 1st Line Center
Krejci 2nd Line Center
Kelly 3rd Line Center
Campbell 4th line Center

Plus Marchand can play C....Hamill as well

as for a trade..to free up a Center spot...Would the Bruins trade Krejci? Can't see them having enough faith in Segiun yet to take over the 2nd line center duties for a playoff run...And TS isn't really a 4th liner

And yes he would have to goto Junior...too young for AHL...might join them if Plymouth doesn't go far in the p/o's tho...and it would just go against a year on his ELC (for the person who asked if he played to many games)

I didn't notice him after the 1st. Did he get benched? I'm sorry but that's not good for his development. Imo he needs to be played (somewhere)

what would be the point of trading krejci? unless you mean for an upgrade at center? becuase kelly isnt a replacement for krejci by any stretch

Can Seguin not play on the wing?

Let's say Wheeler is traded in a deal with Toronto to get Kaberle, could Seguin not just slot into his spot?

Fowler should have gone #2 IMHO. Not even an attack on Seguin, just that Fowler has that much potential value

I don't think they should trade Krejci..I meant if you wanted to keep Seguin in the NHL this year as a Center..after the trade to bring in Kelly (who essentially takes Seguins spot at 3rd line center) he would have to move up to be the #2 Center over Krejci...which i then said I don't think they have enough faith in him to do that this year

all the ten games mean is his first year entry level contract is activated and they lose a year on that contract. after 40 games the full year counts toward the amount of years till he is a UFA.

I can see it, Bruins are ramping up for a real run.

Skinner and Seguin played on the same team in minor hockey - Young Nats.

Skinner was always the bigger of the two and just looked more like your typical hockey player. But I remember having convos with other - that Seguin wasn't that impressive and Skinner gets more done.

He says its a possibility in that it is something the Bruins COULD do. I doubt they will tho.

After 9 games he can't go back to Juniors. He's also too young to send him to the AHL. It's NHL or healthy scratch at this point.
