Enough of this flirting. The claw back to 8th place ends tonight. Then the process of protecting it begins.

They'll have to go around to Stafford's place to get their hats back first...

(Quote's not working for some reason.)

I don't usually read the other team's GDT, but I noticed that too. Somehow the guy thought he was serious when he said Miller has played 181 games this season including 43 back-to-backs.

Response: "How could he have possible played 181 games and 43 back-to-backs in one season?"

(I paraphrase.)

3-1 Sabres. Not too worried about this one.

I wouldn't be getting cocky. Miller is playing average. The Leafs have Kessel who can explode. They seem willing to play guts with concussions for some reason to win at this stage. (Grabovski)
Sabres keep their nose to the grindstone and they win. ****** first period or something and anything can happen.

BIG GAME.

If they win, and luck goes their way, they could be in a playoff spot by the end of tonight. That's a nice confidence builder. They also have a 8 game homestand coming up, right? A perfect time to string together a nice win streak and get the fans excited again.

This is the start of a 6 game home stand, followed by I believe a 7 game road trip.

If it wasn't for us Canadian fans comming over, you wouldn't
have a team in buffalo.

we have been through this before, not true

btw - there is a waiting list for season tix right now

edit - the reason that there are so many Leaves/Habs/Sens fans at the games is that it is hard for them to get tix to see them at home and Buffalo STH sell off these games most of the time it pays for the entire season of said STH tix.

Umm there's a difference between Canadian Sabres fans and Leafs fans. We can survive without Laffs fans
