Kevin Bieksa has a foot fracture - out approx. 3 Weeks (TSN)

Buzz on Twitter from Canucks reporters Jamieson and Kuzma is that Bieksa has a foot fracture. His agent will only confirm that Bieksa will be back "at some point this season".

Too much.

There is about 8 weeks until the start of Round One. That's the key date to keep in mind.

Although for the pessimists out there, Bieksa has a history of being rotten on his return from injuries.

My favorite part of the game of the Wild was that it appeared that we came out of the game without injury! Guess I was wrong.
How many games in a row have the Canucks suffered an injury?

Feb 15 Wild - Bieksa
Feb 14 Blues - Alberts
Feb 12 Flames - Burrows (did not miss time)
Feb 9 Ducks - Hamhuis
Feb 7 Sens - Ballard
Lee Sweatt injured over weekend after Hawks game.

Bring back Harold!

Gawd damn it! I can't believe this.

Hopefully this bad luck has run it's course. Better now than in April or May I guess. 13 different D-man so far this year. I think the record for the Canucks is 15 D-man in one season.

I saw KB3 this morning. Fact. RT @melissajayne80: only report facts, not rumor; KB3's agent said this morning that he's playing;

So he wants to report facts and jumps straight to hearsay.

Does neither of you understand how twitter works?

Here's how the conversation went:

For the record, Jamieson and Kuzma were reporting that KB's agent wouldn't confirm to any of the other reporters that KB3 is playing, but would only cryptically say that he'll be back this season. Maybe this is just a tactic to drive up his market value...

What we are seeing is the importance of the old saying "a game in October is worth the same 2 points as a game in March".

Canucks have played hard and played well to put themselves in a pretty safe position to weather the injuries.

WOW.... Erhoff must be scared now..

Anyone know how much it'll cost us to hire a bodyguard for Erhoff? One that would take a 100 MPH puck?
