So, I guess NHL Network (US) is doing a piece on Brindy that'll air before the game tomorrow (don't know if it's just the ceremony or what). On the programming guide, the hour before the game is listed as "Rob Brindamour". NHL's own network can't even get it right.

My favorite non fight Cote game. He sparked that comeback with a nice assist by causing a turnover on the forecheck
Rod will always be one of my favourite Flyers.
Oh, and on the SO thing.. you guys remember a couple of years ago we had not a shortie against us all year untill...well... you know what happened...
I'll bet you... we will have a so this year....

You're the second person tonight I've seen say this. I already called this prediction a month or two ago. All of a sudden, people are starting to see things my way. I rule.
Drat! I was quoting from memory. How about: "Ha ha! You fool! You fell victim to one of the classic blunders! The most famous is 'Never get involved in a land war in Asia,' but only slightly less well known is this: 'Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!' "
I love that movie. One of those I can watch over and over. We're airing it soon for my church's Youth Group.
I wish Comcast was showing the whole ceremony. Brind'Amour was my first favorite player. Anyways, it's the closest anyone who became a fan in the 90s is coming to seeing one of those guys having their number retired, and I'm assuming one day he has his day in front of us for the Flyers Hall of Fame.
Yeah, unlike Shelley who can.... um..... uhh.... occasionally win a fight. Woo.
And you're a Flyer fan? You should know there is way more to it than just scoring goals. I seen one poster and here say it best (though I won't did up the post). He said something about how if someone does not buy into the system like Zherdev putting him out there could cause the team to have some doubts and not be in the same page. Everyone should be on the same page. Something like that. He/she said it way better than me.
