Also, DBR, is there a reason you started only 3 defenders against me?

Do I count as not checking in? I never got a notice and don't remember the last time I posted on here.

Was I one of them? I never got a message or anything.

For the record, if you're posting consistently in the thread I don't bother to PM you because I know you're active.

**** privacy. The two people were Garbage Goal and Richyrich.

Anyway, they have until Thursday to get back or I'm finding replacements.

Also, I talked to JSTAFF and he will be leaving at the end of the season to focus on work and school. Much thanks for his involvement and for being respectable to the league by manning up and offering to step aside and let someone else take his spot in the league.

His replacement has already been chosen, and he is........well, I think I'll save that for later and hype it up.

Huge night for me tonight. 34 points with less than a full roster. Can't argue with that.

Were they DTD before Monday night? Take a gamble and throw one in. Even if they don't come back you still earn zero regardless.

That trade works fine with me I accepted it.
I would say my keepers are pretty stacked for next year Doughty, Miller, Carter, Malkin, Gaborik

Neal was the better option statistically, but I am taking a chance on JVR having a breakout season next year. Plus, I enjoy having a Flyer on my team since I can't watch the games with directv.

This week has not been good to me Brassard was injured he's now out 2-3 weeks, and both Bieksa and Kulikov were injured one for at least 1 week and the other at least 3

The 3-14 Jets are putting up a good fight and do not want to quit on me. dbr2, if your goal was to play spoiler, you're doing a hell of a job.

Someone want to explain the logic of the Gaborik-Dubinsky trade? That seems way one-sided going to a playoff team.

Just straight points, you're essentially giving 2x the amount of points to Daymen.

If it were a straight 1-1 swap for Gaborik and Dubinsky I'd be fine with this, JVR's the kicker. He's too much in this trade.

Not sure I agree with that, JVR is averaging 1.9 a game. I do agree that it doesn't make much sense for Dangles to have to add, as Dubinsky is having a better year, but it's clear he expects Gaborik to rebound next year.

Right, I think Gaborik will rebound next year, but JVR still has potential and I think Dubinsky is a solid player and will keep performing as such. If Gaborik rebounds you may look at him maybe 3.5 points per game, maybe 3.8. If JVR stays on pace as does Dubinsky, you're looking at a 4.9 PPG for a 3.8 PPG trade. Just seems lopsided.

Also, not sure how Daymen will be able to take on another player when his bench and IR is completely full. I don't know how the trade went through.

Personally I don't consider JVR keeper worthy. Obviously as Flyers fans we are optimistic, but he has Weber Enstrom Hiller and Thomas all worth keeping.
