If it means moving Gomez's contract you don't think about that. You dump him like a bad date. Then move on to find a replacement in the offseason.

I like Konopka, but he's misused if he's anything else than a 4th C. I actually prefer Eric Belanger taking the 3rd C spot. (I'd love to get Konopka behind Belanger on the depth chart, though).

You know you fail when 17.5 millions must become almost 20 millions in order to actually comment on a news report made a pretty serious media guy.

So, Habs fans can't really do this because they have nobody to take the puck into the offensive zone, and Phoenix can't do this because Jovonovski's value is much higher than Gomez'.
