I love watching this team; win or lose. They are led by their kids and their work ethic. The future is bright. Remember, only one team finishes the season feeling satisfied and we are building a team that can have a legitimate shot at feeling that way. I pay attention to the prospects as much as I do the big club because when some of these guys (mostly forwards) get here we should have a group that knows how to score consistently.

Add that to a strong D and Hank and we will have a recipe for cup contention. We must remain patient and keep the development process going. This team works and works. They do not always cash in on their chances because they are not the most talented group up front but that talent is on the way. Then, watch out.

What's more positive then Zuccarello! I think with time and adjustment to North American style hockey and ice.. he's gonna be a major thread for the Rangers for years to come. he's got quite the skill set and there's a reason he was an elite player in the Elitserien

You know what though? Third period come backs show this team does have heart and does not like being embarassed, no matter how much more heartbreaking it makes the loss. I'm sure as hell happy though it's young guys like MZA and Stepan helping us come back than Olli Jokinen and Higgins, though.
Seriously. I haven't been watching full games lately, but the third periods are awesome. I wonder what the problem is when we don't start the games with more intensity?

Despite many injuries to key players the team is still in the mix which is very positive

Mats André Zuccarello-Aasen appears to be acclimating well to the NHL. He stands out in every game, very creative and a solid 2 way player. Great signing

Our young blueline doesnt appear to be our biggest problem. They are overall, very good most nights, outstanding in others.

We're getting our core guys back right in time for a playoff run. It takes a while to shake off the rust and re-integrate back into the lineup, but once everyone gets going again, watch out. It will happen too.

Last year all we wanted was for someone not named Gabby to score.

This year for some good stretches we have seen the "secondary" scoring missing from last year arrive. Bit of a overall slump right now but at least Boyle and Dubi and Artem and everyone else who had been chipping in have tasted some goals and that confidence could EXPLODE! If Gabby starts finishing like an Elite scorer once again.... which he will

There are more than enough games left for the recently returning players to find their game, build some chemistry and make the playoffs

Despite the chance of missing the playoffs I LOVE that they will have to really get a high level of play going to make it in, thus forcing them into playoff hockey mindset in preparation for the games that count the most!!

He's a positive. Our defensive core has been outstanding all year, exception being Del Zotto. People need to remember he is only 20. He will come around.

Positive: Just 21 games to play.

Positive: One day closer to the day Glen Sather retires.

5 games left and they have a shot at the playoffs. Considering the youth movement and the injuries they have endured.... I guess we should be thankful they have hung around this long.

They still hold their destiny in their hands. If they win their games they get in.

They only have 4 games left.

I'm still confident they get in. For some reason I see them beating Philly Sunday. This team does it all the time to us, come out and play like **** against a **** team only to come back and beat a really good team.

I just don't see Carolina overtaking us. I still think we make the POs but it's going to be close.

Also at the posts made during February. I wonder why the hockey gods didn't just let us go .500 that month so we were comfortably in the POs right now.

I kind of wanted to see the April 9th game mean something, so I guess this is what must happen for some epic finish.

The thrill of victory..... the agony of defeat

There's only one positive, and that's making the playoffs. If not, the rest belongs in the toilet.

Anisimov, Del Zotto, 1st for Lucic, Boychuk, 2nd

Zuccarello Richards Gaborik <--- DROOL
Lucic Dubinsky Callahan <--- DROOL. Honestly. Who could contain this line on the forecheck / cycle?
Kreider Stepan Boyle <-- Great combo of size and skill
Wolski Christensen Prust <-- Hit or miss. Prust = certainty. The other two... not so much but the talent is there.

Staal Girardi <-- No words necessary
McDonagh Sauer <-- No words necessary
McIlrath Boychuk <-- CRUNCH.

Boston will not be trading Lucic.
