Some good defensive players/Energy players coming off the bench as well.

Landry's a top 3 rookie because the rest of the class is pretty ****. Not taking anything away from him, he's played well, but putting up 10 and 7 isn't doing much. Lets see how takes to his increased role, kid is going to have to step up big time.

Whatever, I don't think the depth is there. Hopefully I'm proven wrong.

Would really hate for Ray to go to the Nets. Let him be a big part of the rebuilding Nuggets or send him to the Lakers for a chance to win a ring and live in LA.

According to BT on ESPN1050, the Knicks are getting a 1st round pick back from the T-Wolves, (likely the pick they got from Utah in the Jefferson deal). Little by little, this deal keeps getting better.

That should be a lottery pick too.

Pretty sure that pick goes to Den?

Maybe not & that's why the two 2nds were included.

I know all weekend the talk was they trade for a 1st from MN to send to Den

If that's the case, the deal is even better.

It's Utah's pick, and they're currently 8th in the West.

So Basically the Nuggs just traded a superstar Anthony, a star in Billups, some ok backups and received...

Felton...over-rated PG
Gallinari...over-rated euro
Chandler...decent player
Mozgov...some guy I have ever even heard of
1st rd pick....in 2014
and 2 2nd rd picks one in 2012 and one in 2013

How the hell is that package supposed to help us rebuild? What are we supposed to wait til 2014 and hope a now loaded NY Knicks team is bad? All I can say is..WOW terrible asset management. Management better have a few more moves up their sleeves or its going to be a long time before Nuggs are good again. We just got owned. I'm glad I don't follow basketball, cause its going to be a rough next 10 years for the Nuggs.

The 1st round pick from Minnesota isn't confirmed; Tierney says 'yes', while Berger says 'no'.

Be nice to flip this for a 1st in 2013 if Utah makes playoffs.

Then u have that 1st & Billups to trade next year.

I'm betting that in their conversations with Melo, the Knicks were told he'd sign the extension with Jersey if we couldn't work out a deal by the deadline. The Knicks were forced to make this trade now. I believe that they thought if they didn't make the trade, that they wouldn't even have the opportunity to sign him this off-season.

Pretty much. Rumors were that he actually wouldve stayed in Den for 3 more rather than go to NJ though.
