I have one ticket for Mon Jan 10, 2011 against the Bruins available. I bought the ticket the day tickets went on sale with ticketmaster because I was supposed to be working in the area that week, but plans have changed. Face value is $71.43. Section 217 Row B seat 8. (near the goal line where Pens shoot twice).
not sure if this is the right spot for this but. Im a Ranger fan coming in for the game in march, whats the closest hotel to the consol energy center? I won't have a car so walking distance or public transit would be ideal.
Looking for 2 tickets to any sort of upcoming Pens game. As far as my HFBoards street cred, I'm pretty legit. So you should sell me your tickets.
I have two for Detroit tomorrow night. Girl friend got a slight break in her leg and can not go, and father is out of town so decided to not go myself. They are $87 each (season ticket holder price, face is $119). Great seats, end they shoot at twice, about 20 rows from the ice in the corner. Section 105, Row T, seat 7 and 8. Some kind of promotion night to boot. I have them on the ticket exchange for more (they make you charge face at least there) but if you or someone else want them let me know and can take em down.
heh, for that matter have three or four to the AFC championship game for the same reason on Sunday. But am selling those elsewhere for obvious reasons.
Haha - did you get a good price for em? My dad is tryin to get rid of his..
$200 each (they cost $150). But I was not looking for a profit, merely not to sit next to three Jets' fans. I sold them through a friend to friend's of hers. They are averaging about $275 each in our area according to ticket exchange. Also, three tickets are harder to move than an even number. A small extra amount was fine with me. But that was why I did not list them here as well, not allowed to.

Heh, not surprised. I could have gotten more, but I am using the one and did not want to sit next to a bunch of Jets fans. There would have been a 50/50 chance of that. Also there were three for sale, odd numbers are harder usually. But gratz to him, I had no doubt he would get some good change for them. Tickets to big games go for enormous amounts in this town. I did sell those Pens tickets last night btw, they sold a couple hours before game time. Might have a couple more for Saturday, deciding whether to go with someone or just sell them. Same reason, GF with a slight break to leg, father out of town, so my usual ones I go with are not able to go.

Yeah my dad got excellent seats, but I'm surprised he was able to fetch $1000/ticket. That's just crazy money! Some dude from NY bought them.
Definitely let me know about the game saturday. PM me or something if you have any change in plans. I'm jonesin to take the ladyfriend to a game.

Wow, good for him. And that was why I did not sell them though, do not want three crazy NY guys next to me all game. Though $3,000 would make me think twice on that stance.
And will do, will try to decide by tonight. They are the same seats as mentioned above. I was really happy when we got them, our seats actually improved over what we had in the old arena, and was worried about that. I disagree with there is not a bad seat in the house thing though. Went to the McCartney concert with the GF, and we were up top, and I hated how steep the rows were, the seats were more cramped, view not anything close to as good. They were cheaper of course, but not enough to make up for how different the experience is, in my opinion.
Yeah I went to the Consol for one game earlier this season against the Canes and I sat in the upper decks. The only reason I went was because the tickets were dirt cheap (like $40), but I was still wishing I ponied up for nicer seats.
For those of you who would like to see the game in Long Island on Friday April 8 2011 vs your Pens, I just want to say that I have 4 side by side tickets for that game. Great seats section 214 row F. Ticket face value 105$ and I'm willing to give a good discount on those tickets. I can't attend anymore and I will consider any reasonnable offer I will receive. PM me or ask your question here.
This is a bit in advance but what are the prices of play-off games normally, I'm hoping to see New York Rangers vs Pittsburgh if that happens, or just Rangers vs. Any ideas?
I am going down for the March 12th weekend when the Pens play Mon and Edm. I would like to go to both games if I can find reasonable tickets (need 4) . If I only go to one it will be Mon, then I will probably try to scalp for sunday, and just go to the bar if nothing is cheap.
-Does anyone have 4 tickets available for either game?
-How cheap are scalped tickets? or are they hard to come by?
-How does Student Rush work?
-What can i expect to pay for tickets?
